Good overnight stay. Clean room and facility. Beautiful area. Nothing exceptional or welcoming during check in or checkout. Almost cold and uncaring. Can do better because everything else was top notch.

The room was spacious and clean. The decor was somewhat dated. It would be nice if yogurt were inclded in the breakfast menu.

Reasonable price, room very spacious, beds are comfortable and outside the hotel there is a very beautiful lake where you can stroll with a beautiful view.

Facility was clean and quiet. Room was in great condition and very tidy/ clean when entered. Roxanne was a great hostess providing customer service at check-in. Breakfast options were amazing with team cleaning and providing excellent service to all individuals indulging

Its just a great location for visiting sugarland and doing houston activities, the pond aka basically lake surrounding is wonderful, the hotel has a great breakfast to start your day activities

Not a quiet place to spend the night. People were screaming and shouting thru early morning. Manager rudely refused even a minute of extra time when I requested a late checkout at 1:30PM during checkin.

The keys did not work. I had to go down multiple times to change my key. The front desk person there on Saturday at about 5pm had nothing to say about it. No apologies! Terrible service. No cups in the rooms.

One of the best properties I've been. Sugar Land area has so much to offer from shopping, dining , view everything is so beautiful. The hotel itself was very nice, from the lobby, to the dining room, complimentary breakfast , the rooms, gym and the friendly staff!!! I really liked it and definitely will book again next time Im visiting Houston and off course if the rate would be the same good deal!!!

Extremely disappointed, middle of night some one trying to open the door, thank god it was chained otherwise someone could enter the room. I had to call the front desk right way I told them some one is trying to enter my room, they said they a lot same room (where I was) to some one.. crazy scary and unprofessional. Literally cold not sleep that night at all!
