Central Location close to many restaurants

Pros: The room, the breakfast and the staff
This hotel had an app to call for your car. It was easy to use and the car arrived quickly. The staff was quite pleasant throughout our stay. The included breakfast was lovely with an omelet station, served carafes of fresh coffee and juice, pastries, fresh fruit, cereal, eggs, bacon, sausage and grits. Did I mention that my husband loves grits....several servings every morning. The room was spacious with a very large flat screen TV. The refrigerator came in handy for our water, Dr. Pepper & Preseco. Very accessible to the highway and many restaurants and shops.

Bathroom could use paint, grout corner touch up. Nice location, good environment for quiet rest, with dark curtains and excellent air conditioner. Shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Adequate parking even when busy.

Great location with lots of restaurants nearby.

Pros: Location
Location: Town Square, First Colony Mall, Fish City Grill-amazing food and if you tell them it's your first time, they'll give you lots of samples for free
I chose to stay here because it was close to friends who live in Sugarland. Was pleasantly surprised to find that it's close to First Colony Mall and Town Square. Great restaurants nearby. Room was on par with what I expected; clean and relatively new furnishings. Staff was very nice. It's right there in the Town Square so there's lots to do. It's loud in the Town Square, but we didn't hear any of that in our room.

Lovely Texas retreat

Location: The outdoor pool was a pleasant surprise and the location in TownCenter had 30 plus restaurants to walk to, shopping , and free evening concert.
2 min check in. Large pleasant main lobby with lots of comfortable seating. Attached Starbucks. I loved the allergy free PURE room. This will definitely be our go to place in Sugarland.

Beautiful Hotel

My fiancé & I were looking forward to our stay at the Marriott. Unfortunately we were not satisfied with our stay. Instead of booking the cheapest room we wanted a king bed so we paid extra. Once we arrived at the hotel we were told that they were all out of kind beds. The front desk receptionist apologized for the inconvenience then asked us what we would like to do so we asked for a queen bed. The receptionist told us they were all out of queen beds but they do have two full size beds available. We just took what was available but we were very unhappy. My advice to future guest is to call the hotel to make sure they have the correct size bed available before booking so you don’t end up paying extra for something that you will not be able to enjoy!

My only complaint was that I requested a king size bed and I got 2 doubles instead.

Restaurant / facilities can not take room charges.

Terribly inconvenient breakfast and snack. Starbucks is not a favored restaurant of mine. Would not stay there again but the area is very nice.

I booked a room of two double beds. But I was told all double rooms are sold out when checking in. We had a terrible argument and they offer me one double room. It seems they are cheating.
