Property was a remote location but walking distance to historic temple and food, construction was going on so sitting by the pool was a little loud. They had bikes for free and were always available. Would recommend if construction was not going on .

Needs a new life
!st of all, the booking supposedly included airport transfers but when I called the hotel, it was disclosed that they weren't honoring it. Because this hotels boasts high ratings, we expected a lot. I understand that the hotel had only been open for 3 weeks, but the hotel was seriously under staffed. The room that we stayed in really didn't look like the picture in Hotels.com. It was really an array of what seems to be odds and ends of stocks; while mostly of Chinese style, the room was very dark with a hodge podge of designs. The floor was trying to be rustic, while 1 of the bathroom walls was trying to be French, while the other was trying to be glam, and the other wall trying to be modern at the same time. It was a bit difficult to feel rested in the room with the different designs all over the place. I feel the hotel was misrepresented in the booking... very deceiving. The breakfasts were nice with Thai style boiled rice, fruits and Thai doughnuts, served outside. The hotel needs some TLC inside and out. Maybe if the ratings were lower, I wouldn't have expected much.

It impossible that the booking included airport transfers, If so , please show us the facts. 2.Our rating is 4.2/5 . It depend the people expect or not. We are not 5 five star hotel, So How you expect the room price like this ? pleas let us know . 3. We show the picture in every OTA website , including the picture of bathroom , so the guest can see how the bathroom look like. You had booked our room , so it mean you accepte our hotel interior design. Why you still complain hear ? Anyway Most of guest like our interior design, you are the first person that complain our interior design , We think that we could not let everyone like the same thing , but we have showed the picture already. 4.How mush do you want the room so bright ? We think that our room light is enought. So it depend everyone. 5.According to our breakfast , Why did you said not clear and not everything , so the other can misunderstand. We not only have the Thai style breakfast , but also have the ABF which inclued scramble egg, omlet , fried egee , sausage , bacon , it depend what you order. Did you ask the staffs? It impossible for this problem. 6. We do not know that how much you expect the hotel for the price that you paid. Most of guests that stayed with us were enjoyed and happy. We are so sorry that you don't like , We are apologize.

We came to spend time in the Sukhothai National Park, and everything was womderful -- free bicycles to use made getting to (and around) the park a pleasure; the on-site restaurant was excellent; the facilities were great, etc. But, the most surprising aspect was the manager -- whenever we had a question or a special request he would magically appear (but he never hovered, when we were happy and relaxed he left us to enjoy ourselves). This was the best part of our trip so far.

The property is like an oasis! A reprieve from the hectic crowded streets, peaceful. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Helped me book a bus ticket to Chiang Mai, got me a snack when i missed dinner. Loved having access to a bike, perfext way to see Sukhothai historic park. The breakfast buffet was like eating in Paris... great food, beautifully prepared, jams, honey, even spun honey. Id recomend to anyone visiting Sukhothai!!

The hotel is small beautiful and the manager and staff could no t be lovelier. We enjoyed Sukhothai. The park is huge and beautiful, we thought much more impressive than Ayutthaya, well worth coming from Bangkok yo see. Tharaburi hotel made the experience even more wonderful, they were helpful in every way. Very close to park, free bicycles, the restaurants food was great, no need to go to town for food even though it is very close by. Just loved this visit to Sukhothai.

Highly recommended
We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The host and hostess were very pleasant and helpful. They let us lounge by the pool after our check-out time while waiting for our shuttle bus back to the airport. The bikes they provided were wonderful to have. It was a treat to have free snacks in our room when we arrived. The included breakfast buffet had a wonderful array of food. We highly recommend this place.

Visiting historical Sukhothai
This place is the absolute best in Sukhothai tucked away in lush green mangroves well maintained great breakfast buffet the swimming pool 🏊‍♀️ is absolutely out of this world clean cool. This area is the old and historical part of all of Thailand the hotel let’s you ride bikes for free to guests (perfect) to get around the city.rooms are clean showers work good not enough warm water air conditioning is the best , good stay for family and couples.....see you next year.

Hotel was in perfect location male staff member at checking wanted to do as little as possible to help with advice on sights to see, I just felt I was bothering him by asking questions. However the hotel was small and quiet for a very small Thai city, enjoyed the location within walking distance to historical park they let you use bicycles to ride around town.pool was perfect, clean great to city on deck at night to star gaze. Would recommend breakfast was wonderful more than enough.

Tranquil & Quaint Hotel
Hotel selected as a base to visit nearby Sukhothai Historical Park. The hotel provided bicycles (no charge) . Although these were not in the best of condition, they did provide us with a good way to access & visit the park. Staff accommodated our request to change room . My wife is afraid of geckos :) and the first room had carved wooden screens as a barrier to the outside; Although charming, this was not efficient to prevent mosquitos and the little lizards to enter the room. The second room provided to us had conventional glass panes. Both rooms had efficient AC units, equipped with remote control devices. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant during the two nights we were there. The décor was well done & quite trendy considering the remote rural hotel location. ( Chip & Jo would approve ! ) The food was very good and prices reasonable.

Great small hotel
Cozy tropical setting. King room was good size and very comfortable. Nice pool. Excellent breakfast (included with room) with lots of choices. Had super at on site restaurant twice--the two best meals we had in Thailand. Staff extremely helpful. We're experienced travelers and found this hotel to be terrific value.

Hotel of oriental nostalgia
Wonderful! It made us as if being in an old Hollywood filming scene, which is full of oriental elements and imagination. We found tranquinity and peace there, enjoying pure relaxation.

Nice boutique hotel close to the historic city
Quiet and peaceful location. Hotel was very comfortable, rooms spacious and ideal for family travel. Nice thai character and architecture, beautiful garden and very enjoyable pool. Service was excellent. Walking distance to the old city and historic ruins, but hotel provided free bikes which made it even more enjoyable. Breakfast was very good and restaurant with a nice vibe for dinner.

Beautiful and well-located
Lovely grounds and room. Park-like setting. Nice restaurant, not overpriced. Great staff. Convenient to the historical park - an easy walk. We are in our 60s and found walking to and in the park pleasant. There is shade. Don't stay in 'new Sukothai' - you'll have to take a taxi or shuttle (open sided truck) 12 km to reach the ruins.

Beautiful stylish resort with attention to detail
Wonderful friendly staff who were very helpful. Very impressed that the hotel recycles all its waste and has an Eco-friendly policy. The manager responded immediately when we complained about workmen sawing and got them to stop immediately. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed at the same hotel 8 years ago and again now. I have to say the level of care has gone down a bit, the rooms are slightly dated now, plus there was an unpleasant septic tank smell in our room at night (I presume after they turned off a cleansing machine of sorts). But the location is unbeatable - right outside the old sukhothai walls. And the restaurant is very, very good - we ate in each night as the choices available outside are very limited in old sukhothai, and what is there is very touristy. All in all there aren't any better options in old sukhothai.

A Gem in the Jungle
Gorgeous, well manicured grounds with beautiful foliage. Beautiful buildings. Delicious breakfast buffet with variety. We ordered room service - prompt service and delicious food. Short ride from the resort to Kanchanaburi. Hotel car available to transport. We checked out early, before the beginning of breakfast buffet. The Resort had prepared take away breakfasts for each of us.

Hotel ziet er vervallen en gesloten uit wat ook wel bleek. Bar gesloten, restaurant gedeelte gesloten, zwembad gesloten met groen water en een bouwploeg aan het werk. Kamers hebben ook duidelijk een update nodig. De balkondeuren gingen nauwelijks open zo klemden deze. De kluis electronics deed het ook niet. Maar daar kreeg je een ouderwetse sleutel voor. Ook de buitendeur van je hotelkamer had een slot uit 1983 wat zeer gammel was. Wat drinken? Bar gesloten,Helaas niets te koop. Ontbijt was erg karig. Wat Thaise hapjes in bananenblad en wel een prima omelet. Het hotel krijgt 1 ster maar het vriendelijke personeel 5 sterren. Nooit meer dus. Wij zouden 3 nachten hier slapen maar na 1 nacht zijn we vertrokken. Jammer. Hoop dat ze het volledig naar de oorspronkelijke mooie staat terug weten te brengen, dat verdient het personeel.

小さな手作りリゾート
部屋数も少なく、小さなリゾートです。実際のところは知りませんが、家族経営的な雰囲気で、家庭的（民宿的？）なホテルでした。洗練された綺麗なホテルではありませんが、スコータイの田舎でのんびりすごすには十分です。従業員の方にもみんな笑顔で対応していただいて気持ちよかったです。 施設自体は古いようで、手作業的に補修を行っているようですが、部屋の調度品や家具が一部破損していたりとやや中途半端なメンテナンスに感じました。わたしたちが泊まった部屋のシャワールームにはレインフォールのシャワーヘッドしかなく、体を洗いにくかったです。床も滑りやすくてシャワーはマイナスポイントでした。 ホテルには小さいですがプールがあり、日中の暑い時間帯はプールでのんびりできてよかったです。ただ、プールサイドが滑りやすいのと、パラソルがないのは改善してほしいところです。 自転車が無料で借りられるので、遺跡観光にはとても便利でした。ただし、自転車のコンディションはまちまちで、ペダルがゆがんでいるように感じられるものもありました。私たちは受付で自転車のチェーンキーを借りて、いい自転車を確保していました。 近隣にはほとんど何もありません。コンビニも自転車で行く距離です。ホテルは大通りから400メートルほど入ったところにありますが、大通りからの曲がり角にきれいなレストランがありました。ここは安くておいしかったです。遺跡のある歴史公園の近くまで行くと、市場や屋台、食堂などがあります。この近くにあるお寺の池にナマズがいますので、是非エサやりをしてみてください。

施設はやや古いです。スタッフはフレンドリーで色々と気を使ってくれます。自転車を無料で借りれますが、タイヤの空気圧が低かったり、ブレーキが故障していたりします。選ぶ楽しみがあります。鍵も貸してくれます。（デポジット100TB)　自転車に乗って遺跡巡りへ 周りも静かでゆっくり過ごすことが可能です。

スコータイ歴史公園から約徒歩で20分くらいのところにあるホテルです。歴史公園まで無料で自転車を貸してくれます。近くにコンビニはないので、歴史公園近くのセブンイレブンでまとめて買った方がいいです。 ホテルスタッフは、すごく感じがよくて、バスターミナルの行き方など気軽に相談ができました。ホテルからバスターミナルまでは、トゥクトゥクで150バーツです。 部屋は、ちょうどいい広さですが、シャワーが上に固定されていて水圧がかなり弱いです。浴槽の水圧も弱いです。 歴史公園の近くにホテルがあるので、夜はヤモリや蚊が多いです。セブンイレブンで虫除けスプレーを買った方がいいです。 朝食は、7:00からで種類は少ないですが卵料理をオーダーできますしおかゆがすごく美味しかったです。 夜ご飯は、近くに食べるところがなかったので、ホテルで食べましたが、美味しくてそんなに高くなかったので泊まった際はぜひ利用してください。

スタッフ良し！脱線気味の口コミです。
ここのホテルは設備も良いですが、何と言ってもスタッフの良さにつきると思います。御夫婦でやっている様で（最終的に確認はしなかった。でもほぼ間違いなく夫婦）旦那さん、奥さんともに感 じが良いです。特に奥さんはいつも笑顔を絶やさず本当に気持ちのいい対応をしてくれます。この ホテルに泊まったのはタイでの長旅の途中で、それまでに色々なホテルの他、航空会社など交通機関、レストランなどを利用しました。そこでサービス業でありながら無表情でぶっきらぼうな対応 をされた事もあります。ここ何年か日本でもサービス業に携わる人間のレベルが落ちたなと感じる ことがありますが、その思いとは裏腹に数年前から「お客様は神様」と勘違いしている横柄な客が 多くなったなどという事を耳にします。ただ自分の体験からは、やはり従業員の対応の質は落ちたと思います。（勿論一部ですが以前と比べ多く感じる）その対応のひどさに客が憤りを感じている のではないのでしょうか。今のサービス業に携わっているデジタル人たちは「なんで笑顔じゃない といけないんだ」という感じなのでしょう。（勿論一部です）そんな事を感じている中で、このホ テルはサービス業の基本、日本が世界に発信した「お・も・て・な・し」を感じさせてくれます。 ホテルの場所はスコータイの歴史公園からやや離れていますが、ホテル所有の自転車があるのでそ れを使えば問題ないと思います。無料です。（乗る前にブレーキなどの確認をしましょう）朝食は 雑炊が美味しく、また夜のメニューである鶏の唐揚げは日本の唐揚げの味に近く、フライドライス は“焦がしネギ？”の風味がほんのりと効いていて良く出来ていると思いました。ホテルズドットコム の情報にスコータイ空港への“空港シャトルサービス”（スコータイ空港への移動）とありましたが、 実際はスコータイ空港まで３００バーツ取られます。長年日本人をやっていて“サービス”とは“無 料”だと思っていたのですが、それが違うという事を今回知りました。タクシーの無いスコータイで 特別な事、“空港への送りの車があるよ”というのがサービスという事なんですね、サイトでは確かに 無料の場合は表記がありますが、有料の場合も表記をちゃんとした方がいいのでは・・・。

L'hôtel est très bien situé par rapport au site archéologique et le prêt de vélo est intéressant (site à 10 mn à vélo). Gros bémol, on nous a demandé de payer cher et tout de suite un lit pliant inutilisable ( à la Thaï c'est à dire une planche et un tout petit matelas ) , nous avons donc dormi à trois dans le même lit !.....La chambre très petite payée pour 50 m2 devait en faire - de la moitié !....petit déjeuner médiocre pour le prix de cet hôtel ! très mauvais rapport qualité/prix
