Regarding the van transfer, after meticulously investigating the case, we found out that the hotel reservation and reception did book 11.00 am as you received the confirmation. This information was delivered to the van company as usual as we do it every day. From our investigation, it appeared that the assigned driver was not be able to make it in time. So the company sent another van to pick you up. The call you received was actually from the driver who supposed to pick you up to apologize for being late. We did not know about the context of the communication the driver had with you. But we reported your claim and described the situation you experienced to the van company. This is the fact that the hotel found after helping investigating the issues with the related parties.As a result, the van company was sorry and they will be more careful about the time schedule the hotel appoints with them. They will also retrain their drivers. Additionally, according to agreeable discussion, apparently, a compensation of 50% refund of total transfer fee was successfully transacted to your account. Concerning the bathtub issue, had we known that you would request a bathtub beforehand or while checking in, we would definitely have assigned the room according to guest's need. In regard to staff, please let us honestly further express that generally, all of our staffs, are profoundly taught with cultural service-minded principle, decency, eagerness, fine principle of hospitality as well as versatile assistance.
