ThongLo good choose

ThongLo that area is very good many nice restaurant, only not so good is the service apt need 15min walking distance from BTS. The service is also good.

Reasonable hotel.

Quite a good stay. Hotel insisted bed was queen size but we thought it was a std double. A proper bedside reading lamp not available. Quite disappointing. Cupboards n drawers could have been cleaner. Toilet seat was one outstanding feature!

I have stayed here many times as at times it is convenient and gives a good deal. I believe this is the worst Centre Points hotel in BKK. I am not saying this hotel is bad it’s just not as good as the other Centre Point hotels. My biggest issue with this hotel is the dinning room. I recommend breakfast at all other Centre Point hotels but not this one. Breakfast here is not good. Food is cold, the selection for non Asian people is bad. The staff here are rude and unhelpful which lets the rest of the hotel down as the other staff are professional, friendly and helpful. The female cooks (they are not chefs) are very rude, unhelpful and everything is a problem and the show it in there attitude. The restaurant is too small and you will regularly wait a long time to be seated. Management of the restaurant is not good as things constantly run out and you have to ask which is treated with contempt. 4 out of 5 for main hotel but struggle to give the restaurant 1 out of 5. I have written about the restaurant a number of times, no improvements made.

Pleasant place

Although dated, a very comfortable and clean service apartment away from the night-life. Easy access to groceries, Japanese restaurants and other conveniences. Skytrain quite a trek (15 minutes) which can seem long in summer, but hotel has complimentary service car. Pleasant staff.

Great Service, hard beds

Beds are very stiff(almost as hard as the ground). I believe this may be just a thing for the local area but I was not expecting it.
