Run by crack heads. Random drug addicts knocking on your door asking for money. Front desk will tell you that you have to pay more a couple hours after checking in even though you paid in full on Expedia. Hookers in the back lot propositioning people as they exit rooms. Scuzzy place. Would not recommend to anyone. 0/5.

The staff was great and the location was excellent. I was in a nonsmoking room the blankets had cigarette burns, the towels were old and stained badly. I didn't bathe at this location. Neither washed my face because of the towelswas so nasty. The curtians was broken so i had no true privacy. At all.

The first thing I walked into was the manager screaming at the top of his lungs at the lady that was checking me literally yelling at her like she was dirt when I got to my room there where blood stains on the sheets used soap in the shower no towels or wash clothes in the room and closet full of other peoples stuff which made me think they didn’t even clean it even know they said it’s clean the tv had no cable box all in all -50/10 I didn’t even stay I left 30 minutes after I got there will not be going back!!!!

My first room was hireibke. Smelled nasty & toilet stopped. Finally it flushed and water cane from the bottom out all over the floor. Had to switch rooms but it wasnt much better.

Never again
Room wasn't clean enough, seen spider webs and spiders, no telephone in case we needed to call the office which we had to walk to the office to get the tv working. Manager was nice and got the tv working. Seen people living in the hotel room doing drug deals which made us uncomfortable, had to keep looking out the window making sure our motorcycles was ok and couldn't sleep well to be alert for anything that would happen.

THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD STAYING AT A HOTEL. THERE WERE BUGS IN THE ROOM, THE TOILET WAS BLACK, THE TUB IN THE SHOWER HAD STAINS, THERE WAS SOMEONE'S CLOTHES IN THE CLOSET AS IF THEY WERE LIVING THERE THERE WAS FOOD IN THE FRIDGE I TALKED TO FRONT DESK AND THEY TOLD ME PEOPLE HAVE BEEN BREAKING INTO THE ROOMS AND SLEEPING/LIVING IN THERE. THEY REFUSED ME A REFUND OF MY ROOM AND I WAS UNABLE TO SLEEP IN THE ROOM. I TOOK PICTURES BUT THERE IS NO WAY TO POST THEM ON THIS REVIEW WHEN I CONTACTED EXPEDIA, THEY SAID THE PROPERTY DENIED A FULL REFUND SO THEY ARE ONLY ABLE TO COMPENSATE ME $25. THAT IS A 3RD OF WHAT I PAID. ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER TRYING TO TAKE A VACATION DO NOT STAY HERE, DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE WASTE OF YOUR MONEY I HAD TO DRIVE BACK TO HOUSTON WITH NO SLEEP AND HAD TO PULL OVER SO I DIDN'T FALL ASLEEP AT THE WHEEL THE SERVICE WAS AWFUL THEY STATED THEY SERVIE BREAKFAST, THERE IS NO BREAKFAST. THE PANCAKE BATTER WAS OLD AND DISGUSTING. THEY ASKED ME TO LEAVE A POSITIVE REVIEW AND DENIED REFUND DO NOT STAY HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

The lady at the desk was very preoccupied with talking about other employees, the check in process was slow. The room was decent with exception of the towels and bathroom floor. The towels were clean but very stained.

This property should be under investigation. The room looked like it was never cleaned. Sheets was dirty. They had an old coffee filter still on the counter when I walked in. And of course, it smelled bad.

Hola buenas tardes el lugar esta muy diferente al Internet esta todo viejo necesita remodelacion y según tenia refrigerador pero no enfriaba estuvimos 2 días hay y las aguas estaban caliente cuando la sacamos del refri engañan mucho a la gente en publicar fotos diferentes y hay hasta home less viviendo hay afuera de los cuartos esta todo abandonado nos quedan hay porque ya tenían la información de mi tarjeta y me hiba a cobrar de todos modos por lo cancelar el día antes y no esta bien que engañen haci porque uno ni vivi hay va de lejos a quedarse hay y pase eso 😩

Property is not well kept. The pictures on Expedia is misleading fridge was rusted room looked old hair in the ice bucket with no plastic to protect the ice in the bucket. No comforter on beds amongst other things. Hotel looks like a hood hotel.

Terrible!! Rooms were filthy, they left food in the microwave, tubs and toilets were disgusting.The shower curtain had mold. When we asked for clean towels or if someone was going to clean our rooms, we were told they didn't have help, they only clean on Tues. and Thurs., would never recommend!

Awesome customer service!
Misty at the front desk was awesome! She was very friendly but also compassionate. Very helpful she definitely deserves a raise! Also Marcy working maintenance or housekeeping was also very friendly and helpful. Between these two I couldn't have seen our stay go any better than it did!
