When arrived hotel staff was friendly! Hotel was clean inside and outside. Continental breakfast was good. Room was clean. Close to restaraunts . Overall stay was great!

Location: We were there for the 11th Annual Heritage Square Car Show on the city Square, Nov. 6, They have all kinds of events at the Square all year long,
The room was very clean and the staff was great. While we were out they came and made up the bed, cleaned the bathroom and left fresh towels. The late few places I have stayed in you have to ask them for this service.

Wonderful trip.

Pros: All of it was very nice. The beds were very comfortable.
Cons: There wasn't anything that we didn't like. Maybe a better standby the street.
Location: We were in Sulphur Springs, TX. We were going to Canton Texas flea market weekend. Must try it.

Location: Just stayed overnight en route elsewhere.
Very comfortable and clean with good bed and variety of pillows to chose from. Breakfast was adequate.

handicap room

Pros: All was good except check-in and being on the third floor.
Cons: See above
Location: Location good. I was only passing thru.
I had requested a handicap room on the first floor.. When we arrived the clerk said that all handicap rooms were gone. I made the reservation 20 days before. She said she could do nothing. I told her I felt I should be compt at another motel. She said she would see what the manager could do when the manager returned. The manager found us a handicap room on the third floor after a long wait. The room was not occupied and looked like it was available all the time. My wife is in a wheelchair and ALL ELEVATOR have a sign not to use during a fire which is why I always request a ground floor.

Couldn't ask for more. Great rooms for the price. I've stayed in a decent amount of hotels lately due to traveling and I was highly pleased compared to others. Wish all my stays/rooms were like theirs.

Pleased

Overall we had a pleasant stay. The lady who cooked the breakfast was very nice and always made sure there was plenty of food out for all to eat. The only negative comment I have is the aggressive dog that was there. Even though the owner had it muzzled, it still would try to attack you as it passed. Friendly dogs are okay, an aggressive dog like that should have not been allowed.
