avoid this hotel (HOTEL APARTMENT)

very rude staff specially lady in front desk. they ask money for everything . this hotel was very good but the owner was changed and new staff are very bad. their breakfast not gppd at all to compare to other hotel just may be 1 kind of cheese 1 juice. tea and jelly amd cucumber. thats it . location is very good near to metro train station. plz don't look at the cheap price that they have in internet not worse at all. when u ask sth from them u will hear that: " u guys pay a little money to pay here our nightly rate is $ 80 u pay this much so u will get what u paid". they don't care about you . plz go somewhere else of u want enjoy your trip and avoid arguments in your vacation.

Dear Nima Sharifi , This comment was written by you only for your paid extras .. You would like to use everything but you would like to pay nothing !! You had used phone call for MOBILE NUMBER , you ordered extra cups of tea , you would lke to have extra housekeeper .. so you need to pay like everybody your extras .. Yes it is right ! If you paid before 80$ for 1 night but this time 20$ , it must be something change like breakfast kinds ..But your expectation could be understandable while you were eating full service plates only with your 5 people .. only 5 star hotels could be serve you with this more and more expectations.. In addition to this there is a misstatement by you about apartment ..You had just stayed connected rooms -with your request - but it seems you do not know about aparts' mean .. Please for your next reservations check again&again what about extras mean and what about includes mean .. Thanks ..

Not bad at all

The location of the hotel is great. It is near the tram about 3 min (but with a big slope). The hotel staff was in general nice, although one of the receptionists didn't seem to have some necessary problem solving skills. On the other hand, we asked for a double room but we were given a twin room. Regarding the cleanliness of the room, it was great. The bathroom was clean (I'm a very paranoid person with finding fungi in bathrooms so this point is important for me). We only stayed two nights in this hotel but the cleaning staff barely did anything on the room (they didn't change the rubbish bags). As a final comment, I give it three stars because it is good but not as much as a four or five-star hotel.

If you need one of them certainly , you should send to hotel request with your reservation before arrival .In addition to that if we do not have available for requested room it is possible to serve one of them . About daily cleaning , you need to leave key to reception or be out of the room at cleaning time , if not nobody comes to check your room for not disturbing . Finally Küpeli Hotel is not a 4/5 star hotel so it is not possible to compare it with these category hotels and their services . Thanks & Kind REGARDS

Very near to the plaza

The room is very small and light from windows is minimal because the window is extremely near to the nest building. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The clock is the room runs very slow this made us miss breakfast on day 2.
