Not a four a star hotel

Posted May 16, 2017
This is definitely not a four star hotel. The rooms were not very comfortable, at night there is a lot of noise, especially on the 4th floor where I stayed and the breakfast was rubbish. The good points were that staff were friendly. Also the location was great, less than 10 mins walk from Hagia Sofia and Sultan Ahmet Mosque.

Not a 4 star hotel

Posted Apr 28, 2017
We booked this hotel as a couple looking for a comfy treat. But was hard to find and did not look like the pictures. We had the "superior" double room which was small and old. Ceiling was peeling and stained. We had to beg for the WiFi. The staff was not knowledgeable and misinformed us of the opening times of the sites. The only good thing was the location being close to sites and the hot shower working well. If you are looking for a cheap hotel it s at best a 2 star. Do not believe the pictures

In the middle of the tourist area of old istanbul

Posted Feb 2, 2017
Pros: Proximity to public transportation
Cons: The quality of food, the mattress and lighting in the room
Location: The blue mosque, Hagia Sophia, great access to many local restaurants and supermarkets
If you like to stay in the center location of all the sites to visit in old istanbul this hotel is it.

Nice experience at Tria Elegance Hotel- Istanbul

Posted Nov 7, 2016
Pros: The location as its near to all historical places
Cons: the window glasses fro the rooms facing the street should be noise proof.
Location: The hotel is close to all historical places, the tramway is close , grand bazar and bell tour park is at short walk from the hotel
Nice hotel , rooms are clean but room very small. The location of the hotel is fantastic but the only inconvenience is the noise heard from opposite restaurant. Staff very welcoming and and helpful , the breakfast is great. Overall we had a great stay in this hotel cannot wait to go back. Many thanks to all the hotel staff.

Excellent breakfast. Air-conditioner not in the greatest condition, but worked reasonably. Outstanding location to all the tourist destinations and to the train station.

Great location, decent accommodations

Posted Dec 27, 2015
Pros: Price was very good for the room and location
Cons: I had some very loud neighbors, but that's not the fault of the hotel.
Location: It's in the Sultanahmet area so it's at the heart of Istanbul and close to a lot of different attractions, shops, and restaurants.
The best part about Tria Elegance is by far the location. While it can be a bit challenging to find the first time (print a map out before you go!) It is very well located near a number of shops, restaurants, and some of the most popular tourist spots in Istanbul. Being in the Sultanahmet area, it is quite easy to get to other parts of the city as well, by public transit or taxi. Rooms were decent and clean. The staff were helpful too, but more for if you are looking for advice on tour deals than if you want to explore on your own.
