Excellent hotel in Summerlin

Pros: Everything.
Cons: Maybe because we checked in very late (early AM), housekeeping did not have the room earmarked for cleaning the first day we were there.
Location: This is not a tourist hotel, but aimed at those doing local business or med center related. You are here because you are attending business.
Needed a place to stay in Summerlin over a weekend when the local hotel/casinos were either booked or overly expensive! Found La Quinta on Expedia. Located within the medical center / tech complex near Tenaya @ Cheyenne, just off the 95 fwy (which was very close to our destination). Obviously caters to medical or tech visitors & conference travelers -- rather than typical tourists. Facility is new, rooms are spacious and beautiful. Free breakfast, WiFi and easy free parking. We highly recommend it.

Excellent staff, especially front desk clerk Chara. Room on the far end of the floor was a little noisy from the freeway but they changed our room the next day upon request

The staff was pleasant. My room, hallways were clean, breakfast was good. The workout carpeting required vacuuming it also had m&m candies on the carpet.

Convenient location

Pros: I liked the staff. Their attitude was friendly and very pleasing. The breakfast was varied and plentiful.
Location: Did not do anything in the vicinity.
The staff was very friendly and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a little noisy from the traffic on the freeway and the TV from the next room was very loud even late at night. The bed was a little too soft for me.

Pros: everything
room was clean, comfy & spacious. large workspace/desk with FIVE outlets plus USB chargers, definately had the working traveler in mind :)

It was great except for the dirty sink in my room and the shower. The front desk was very helpful, all three individuals I spoke to, however, while trying to check out there was no one available to give me a receipt as the front desk agent was on the phone. I tried twice calling and then went in person but could not get the receipt. She gestured for me to write down my address to mail it to me. So I certainly hope I get an email or hard copy. Just not enough staff for check out.

Nice Hotel

Hotel was nice and the staff was very accommodating. Nice breakfast but the cleaners could do a little better. They didn't vacuum b/c when we got back the seeds that my hubby was eating was still on the rug. They forgot to replace coffee cups for morning coffee etc. Otherwise, we really enjoyed staying there. Excellent.
