“The front desk attendant noticed I had something hanging under my car. He personally went outside to check it out and it ended up being a skid plate which had come loose. I had just had my car serviced before our trip. We stayed in Sturgis on March 17th. This employee went above and beyond, and it gave me piece of mind. Thank you so much!!”

“Second time I've seated elevations first time was what drew me back for the second second time. The air handler in the room really didn't do anything luckily it wasn't that cold out so didn't need much heat. The refrigerator really didn't work either at all. Kind of disappointing all all. It's a nice enough place to stay and I would recommend doing it. But some of the facilities in the room I had the second time were not up to par”
