Everything was great except for the air conditioner. Either the hotel puts a limit on how cool it can go, or it just kept freezing up. The television also had some type of limit on the volume control, which was too bad for the husband who has hearing difficulties.

Our air conditioners' can be adjusted per room as cold as our guest like them, I think we no doubt needed maintenance to take a look at your unit. Should you stay with us again, please do not hesitate to make the front desk aware that this needs addressed. Our tv's are set to not annoy our neighbors, but again, please make our front desk aware of a hearing issue and they can reset your tv so that your husband enjoys the use of it. Have a Super Day!

Beds were kind of hard and tv was small. Very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location too. Close to everything.

Hotel allows dogs, that's the only reason we chose

Pros: It accepted pets.
Cons: More staff to provide service during busy times/seasons.
Location: This was just a stop during our trip. It was not our final location so we did not do anything nearby. It's more of a commuter city.
The laundry facility dryer was broken, had been for a while. The hotel desk reception staff was able to fix it with a paper clip, as the management had not called the repair people in yet. There was a mix up with the pet fee, but the staff took care of it. It seems that there was only one staff on duty for a Saturday night during the x-mas season. Also the Sunday morning staff behind the desk was in charge of providing breakfast. They seemed a bit overwhelmed since they also had to deal with the check outs. The management should have 2 people on, so that there is always someone there to help behind the desk. During the laundry repair and the b-fast time, there was no back up person behind the counter to help other patrons.

when travelling down from Canada this is asuper spot for the first night. close to highway, great rooms, super price. Lotrs of good eating places well.and pet friendly.

Closer to many restaurant and closer to the highway. I will definitely like to stay again for next trip
