Does not look like it was cleaned in a long time. Carpets are covered in stains. I woke up in the middle of the night with a cockroach on the bed. Not worth the money by a long shot.

Stained carpet, fridge and toilet didn’t work. Staff were rude, especially manager. Breakfast was yogurt and rotten apples. Terrible, terrible. Don’t waste your money.

The room was quiet and the beds were comfortable. The general appearance of the interior of the lobby, halls and room was shabby. Carpet was old with many wear spots and stains. The shower in our room had mold in every crevice and there were 6 large cracks in the shower walls. The cracks had been repaired but the repairs were obvious and not done well. The continental breakfast was lacking. Patron made waffles and microwave biscuits were the only hot items. Cold cereal, mush and yogurt were the remainder of the choices. The juice machine had four choices but only two worked and the orange juice ran out rapidly. I would not stay there again.

Beware, Bedbugs and filth! We stayed at this hotel on January 4th 2024. We booked this online as it had good reviews, we live hours away from this area. I cannot see how anyone could rate this hotel anything other than HORRIBLE! Upon arriving in the room, we found it appearing mostly clean, but a bit dingy. The bathroom mirror was loose, neither of the stoppers in either sink function, and the bathroom sink had a clog. That was what was apparent immediately, however the horrors that followed were much worse. We went to bed, my wife and I on one bed, and our special needs (Autism) son on the other bed. The next morning, we checked out then a couple hours later noticed red dots on our son’s neck, upon further investigation, he had them all over his entire body. These were bites from bed bugs. Evidently the mattress has not been changed like they are supposed to and was completely infested. Our son cannot communicate with us to tell us, we had to find this out on our own. We called the hotel, and they were aggressive and extremely rude, using profanity, and not taking any responsibility for the condition of their hotel. We stated that the hotel was ghetto, they responded with “well you stayed here, what does that say about you? This was one of the worst experiences we have ever encountered, and the way they responded to our complaints was extremely unprofessional and completely ridiculous. Do not stay at this hotel, ignore any good reviews

Check in was very unfriendly. We arrived at 1:20 and were laughed at by women at the front desk who didn’t look or check her computer to see if anything was available early. In a nasty tone, again without looking up, told us that check in was 3:00. The hotel was empty!! We were given a wheelchair room but didn’t ask for it. The bathroom tub was very worn and old. Breakfast wasn’t worth the time!!!

The walls were covered with dust, the comforter on the bed smelled like mildew and was not warm at all. The shower head just violently spit water to the back of the tub which splattered all over the floor. The floor was tile so it was slippery. Great location, Friendly staff. Hotel was in a great location. Just needs to work on cleaniness of the rooms and revamp the bedding.
