There is cockroaches!!!! Place is beaten over no money being put into rooms dirty!

The property was clean and well kept. On arrival was advised that the cable wasn't functional. Dorian had just hit the area so that was understood. But there was a long hair on the shower wall in my room. Not acceptable at all.

I did not like this hotel stay due to the fact that customer service check-in/check-out was terrible. I booked a reservation online and when I showed up to check in I was told they needed to find a room. I paid $115 for this stay and was also told needed “additional incidental”, the smell in this room was very pungent, the toilet did not and would not flush properly, the cable for TV did not work, the fridge wasn’t cold and did not operate as it was supposed to, and went to get ice and the machine wasn’t available. Again, I paid $115 for a one night stay and for what just a bed to sleep on. Overall I was not satisfied with my stay and was highly disappointed.
