They offer breakfast but it was just pancake, yogurt and cupcakes. I was expecting a little more. Clean facilities, small rooms, good parking and excellent food around.

This place was disgusting. Roaches were in the bathroom. Place is dirty. There was no elevator to the second floor I had elderly family with me. Place is not the place to stay. We obviously did not eat the breakfast. Very disappointed.

I booked this online for my brother to have a place to stay for a night. The woman at the desk, Theresa was profiling my brother and refusing to help him get into his room. She kept telling him she had to physically swipe the card. We had to drive from Charleston 30min away at 10:30 at night. My friend who has worked in hotels for years told us it is common practice that there was a form she could have emailed. She was the rudest employee I have ever dealt with. She kept judging that my brother would be disruptive and how she was worried. Again profiling based on his appearance. She even threatened to call the cops at one point. I have never been so upset with customer service and will never recommend Sleep Inn to anyone. Especially if Theresa is the best they have for that position.

This hotel is in major need of renovation. It is way over priced. The carpets are old and will never look clean. They smell and look worn and faded. The room also smells like mold covered up with room deodorizing spray. The window coverings have holes in them and the bed’s mattress was very uncomfortable and lumpy. The hotel description said the bed was “queen” size but it was “full”. The description also said there would be a “buffet breakfast” included but it was a “breakfast-to-go” with very limited selection. Staying at this hotel was a highly disappointing experience.

This place was beyond disgusting! Peeling furniture broken shower door you could literally hear the people in the next room! Very dissatisfied and disappointed with Expedia!!!

Terrible experience. From the desk person cancelling our room and saying we would get 100 percent refunded… giving us a letter showing that… due to emergency… then getting a room later on that smelled horrible and had a big roach on the ceiling…. Then noticed we didn’t get refunded but instead got charged once thru Expedia and once thru the hotel. Spoke to Expedia and passed the info Along with letter to the GM Jeannie price . Who wouldn’t release our refund. So from getting charged twice, not getting the refund that was said to be given (letter to proof), roaches in room, smell of mold, and if you go outside nothing but police officers and meth dealers (not a safe location). Very unhappy in every area of this hotel. And we get hotels all the time thru Expedia and this has been the worse experience in many years.

Not so great. There were food wrappers on the floor, some kind of red substance on the floor, near toilet. Bathroom light wouldn't stay on while showering. It would flicker then go out. Bathroom door handle was falling off and the door wasn't clean. Once you see 1 cockroach, it creates an uncomfortable stay.

The front desk help when we arrived at 10:30pm was efficient and friendly! The lady couldn’t have been any nicer. And when we checked out in the morning, a different lady, but, equally a nice and professional. These are the kind of people that give your hotel a good name! In addition, the hotel was clean and well appointed. Good job! We will look for Sleep Inn again in the future!!
