Very nice hotelPosted Oct 3, 2015
Pros: Our room and the closeness to everything. Also the view.
Location: The location was great, we just walked around downtown.
We enjoyed this hotel very much. We arrived there in the morning around 10am and they let us check in and even upgraded us from a regular room to a 1 bedroom suite. The suite was beautiful. It was walking distance to downtown. The hot tubs and pools were also nice, and there were a lot of things to do at the resort. We had one problem at the restaurant when the waitress was playing around talking with the hostess, she forgot about my husbands wine and didn't come back for 10-15 minutes. They were not even busy, she seemed to be intoxicated or something.

The check in lady, Allison, does not have a cluePosted Sep 28, 2015
Location: Rooms are spread out everywhere very little parking. I will not stay there again, the best Western would've been a lot better
Over all when staying there you can count on walking and carrying your luggage about a quarter of a mile. The rooms are outdated and there is very little parking.

Great Summer Hotel for the PricePosted Sep 22, 2015
Pros: The room amenities – we especially liked the awesome walk-in shower with multiple shower heads. That was in a 'studio' room.
Cons: The quality level of the family-oriented room wasn't as nice as the 'studio' room
Location: The Canteen – for awesome comfort food (has an outdoor deck with a fire) Duggan's Deli – decent sandwich place Gold Pan – a legit locals bar
We stayed two nights at Beaver run, in two different rooms (the second night was unplanned), and both nights were great. At the price point and given its location in Breck, we were very pleased with the size and quality of the rooms. Depending on what direction you face, and what building you're in (Beaver Run is nothing short of a complex – it's huge), views are great. It's about a 15 minute walk to any of the bars and restaurants downtown, so we took advantage of that. The hotel staff was incredibly nice at every touch point and there were also some pool or hot tub facilities that we didn't check out. All in all, it was a great stay. I'm giving it a 4 star overall rating because I don't believe a hotel could give me a 5 star experience unless it was fairly expensive..

Ample space. EnjoyedPosted Sep 11, 2015
Pros: Have enjoyed 2 separate stays here. Like the separate living room and definitely the location - lots to do nearby. Overall convenient and comfortable
Cons: Only complaints are generally mild: the hallways really echo; this translates to noise in the rooms as people converse, easily waking us am and pm.
Location: Mi Casa!! A cool rock shop! Hiking trails in town, and peak-bagging a short drive away. Beautiful place.
Have enjoyed 2 separate stays here. Like the separate living room space and definitely the location- easy walking to restaurants, shops and hiking trails. Overall comfortable and affordable convenience and a nice place to stay. Only complaints are generally mild: the hallways really echo; this translates to noise in the rooms as people converse, easily waking us up both early morning and late at night. Room layout feels dated; weird, windowed "shower room" would be a perfect setting for like a Breck Psycho remake or something. Lots of parking.

Comortable resort hotelPosted Sep 9, 2015
Pros: Skywalk Market is very handy and serves a quick hot breakfast too. Quiet location on the hill, but still close to all of the activity on Main Street.
Cons: Needs new carpet in the halls and stairs (bldgs 1 and 2).
Location: If you're skiing, Beaver Run is right by one of the lifts. Lots of restaurants and charming shops within walking distance.
My family of four stayed for just one night. We appreciated the security of parking in the garage with our bicycles. Mountain biking during the day, dinner and shopping on Main Street at night.

Beds were uncomfortable. Our room was right over the hot tubs and they allow guests to use them until 11 pm. Bar service was slow and bartender had to look up how to make a vodka collins!

Overall Okay But Rooms Are Lacking.Posted Aug 30, 2015
Pros: Parking and very friendly staff.
Cons: New mattress and box springs for the beds would be great!
Location: We spent a very enjoyable week in Breckenridge during the off-season. The beauty of the mountains was breath-taking. Shopping was excellent.
The resort is nice, but be careful of your room choice. Our budget room came with two twin beds (though we requested queens) which were horrible. The room also featured a shower-only bathroom that is barely big enough for one person to move around in. Also, support beam in the middle of the floor space was not something one wants to find in a middle of the night bathroom run! Once you leave the room, you will find a very friendly, helpful staff. Another plus is a large, secure parking garage so no hassle finding a spot after a busy day in Breck.

Beautiful BreckPosted Aug 28, 2015
The facilities were awesome, the staff was friendly and courteous, close walk to Main Street and shuttle service was second to none. We will be back and we will share the great locale with family and friends!

Very nice hotel with many amenitiesPosted Aug 25, 2015
Pros: Rooms and amenities
Cons: The on-site restaurant was not that good and expensive.
Location: Located near town. There is a free shuttle. Summer and Winter recreation is available-skiing, hiking, biking, art festivals, shopping.
We were immediately upgraded. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub. There is an arcade and miniature golf. Room was comfortable with beautiful view. Staff was nice and friendly. There is a small store on-site to purchase food items and gifts.

Convenient location, great amenities!!Posted Aug 24, 2015
We did a weekend stay and would definitely be visiting again!! Great service, fast check in/out, and the perfect location to everything as it close to downtown Breckenridge.
