Close to lifts

Posted Mar 26, 2017
Hotel and rooms are dated. Ice machine never worked on our floor. Should have live music for Apres ski . Outdoor spa area needs attention. This hotel is excellent for families. Hotel shuttle was very convenient.

Awesome location just next to beaver run ligt

Posted Mar 25, 2017
Ski in ski out. Great location next to the beaver run and quicksilver lift chairs. The ski school and ski rental place is in the same resort complex. Tons of green and easy blue trails nearby. Complementary ski lockers are a must. Nice pools indoors and outdoors, several nice jacuzzis with a beautiful view of the mountain. Arcade room. My young kids had a blast. There is a restaurant a la Carte and a convenience store that also has sandwiches, pizzas for a quick (but not great or healthy) lifesaver dinner when your crew is exhausted after a ski day. Housekeeping service was however poor.... one day they just "forgot to come". It isn't a super updated facility but it's reasonably ok. Parking ISNT free!! 15$ a day we got charged.

True ski in/ski out.

Posted Mar 22, 2017
Pros: CONVENIENCE!!!!
Cons: Update the rooms. Ours was plain Jane and a bit weathered.
Location: Town is close with many good restaurants.
The reason to stay here is one word...convenience. This is a true ski in/ski out with on site ski rental, lift right out the door, and kids ski school located on site. Also, reasonable dining options for those nights when you are too tired to make the trek into town(which is close). The hotel is a bit dated but comfortable. Nice indoor/outdoor pool facility for the kids.

Excellent hotel with even better service. Food is delicious, environment is upbeat and fun, and the amenities are great! Convenient location to all of Breck's best restaurants, shops, and tourist stops! It was so nice and convenient to have all ski equipment rental location, lockers, lessons, slopes, and ski lifts located in and near the hotel- GREAT for newbies like us! We will most definitely be back again soon! A+

Great ski in/out

Posted Mar 12, 2017
We were in building 4 and it was truly a ski in/out. The bed was sagging in the middle but maintenance came and fixed it. Everything else was pretty good except the housekeeping staff was a little slow. We would leave the room by 9am and come back after skiing at 3pm and they were either just cleaning room or had not been there yet. We had to go sit in a common area until they were done. The restaurants there are average. Would plan on taking free hotel shuttle to downtown and eat there. Overall, a nice place. We would go back and stay there again.

Great facilities plus ski in, ski out.

Posted Mar 6, 2017
Pros: Convenience to the slopes; outdoor hot tub; convenience of ski lockers - next to the slopes; comfort of bed and the bedroom generally in the suite.
Cons: Comfort of the sofa bed and install light stopping curtains across the window area.
Location: Basically ideal for skiing and snowboarding as the slopes are 10 yards away. 15 minute walk into town where the restaurants are.
We stayed here for 6 nights in a Colorado suite and overall it was excellent. We had a small kitchen with hot plates, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker & toaster plus a large bathroom with a dep Bath ( ideal for soaking after a day on the slopes) and a separate walk in shower. The bedroom was well equipped e.g. Humidifier, TV, electric points etc. The only downside was the sleeping arrangements in the lounge area for the sofa bed. The blinds were too transparent and allowed light in at dawn ( e.g. 6.15) and the mattress was fairly springy & soft eg it could have down with a memory foam topper. Fix these points and it would be excellent.

Perfect slope side location

Posted Feb 28, 2017
Room had covered or closed access to all buildings and parking garage. Roomy and pleasant stay. Would have liked to have a Keurig and a full length mirror in the room. Small kitchen made it nice for cooking. Spa tub was amazing and the water was always hot!

Disappointing Stay

Posted Feb 27, 2017
Pros: Proximity to slops
Cons: Maintenance Housekeeping Value for money
Location: SKI - mountains were wonderful
Our family has been coming to this resort for the past 20 years for a ski vacation. After this year, we are having second thoughts if we'll come back. The whole hotel seems run down - from the room itself (premium suite) to the amenities (the play room, for example, looks half empty and sad..). Also, it appears they have a new policy regarding housekeeping, which no one informed us of upon booking or checking in. It might have gone by unnoticed, if the housekeeping reps wouldn't have acted (on few occasions) like they are doing us a favor when we asked for an extra towel/ soap or to empty garbage (room had a mini kitchen which we used).
