Everything is great! Parking is ample. The tub is always hot, great for after skiing relaxation of muscle. Staff are friendly.

A home away from home! Our condo had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. We enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool and the kids enjoyed playing in snow right outside our sliding glass door. We were centrally located to shopping center and all keystone resort has to offer. We rarely drove and instead utilized the resort free shuttle. My family and I loved our stay and would highly recommend it.

Worst bed I ever slept in, or tried to sleep in

Pros: Location was good. Spacious living area.
Cons: BEDS! buy some and not build them.
When booking a room, I expect that certain level of accommodation will be provided. The beds were made of 2x4s and deck screws. Futon mattress on some contraption of a bunk bed. The other platform bed, was like a rock and too uncomfortable to sleep on. I slept on the couch. The both bathrooms had mold on the tile of the tubs. I get that the building is old. But there should be a limit to what is rented out to guests. The floors sag and where uneven. The level of carpentry renovations that had been done was very poor. The beddings were very old, sheets were fine. It was obvious that this is a money maker and not a place of pride. I at least expect a bed. When I spoke to the property manager, he thought that our accommodations was one of the better units in the complex.

Insufficient accommodations

Booked a one bedroom condo with a king size bed. Simple enough right?.... Upon arrival and after receiving confirmations of my requested room booked I found myself spending a romantic weekend in keystone with a one bedroom condo containing two twin beds.... As you can imagine my significant other found that to be ever so romantic. Upon contacting the staff I was informed that they could not give me a comparable room to what I had booked until 2 days later at which time they said they would contact me. They did not contact me on Monday nor did they offer any decrease in price for the lesser accommodations than what was paid for. Unacceptable customer service. Making there money by quality and not quality.

Dark and dingy

Whoever decided on the dark brown paint in a virtually windowless condo did this place a disservice. Dirty carpet, missing light bulbs, and poor visibility mad the Flying Dutchman condo a disappointment. Staff however were attentive and very pleasant. More suited for college spring break versus family Christmas holiday.

We were able to check in 2 hrs after the designated time. The receptionists kept saying it would take another 15 min. According to the conversations, it is a recurring issue

Pros: Nothing
Cons: See above
Location: Location decent
We were told we'd have a queen bed, instead we got a horribly uncomfortable Murphy bed with nearly nonexistent mattress and tiny pillows. This alone made the stay miserable. Noise from other units was loud. Room was not clean and was very outdated. Maids only cleaned room one time over 9 days.

Ski Trip to Keystone

Pros: Location near ski mountain and restaurants in village.
Cons: The kitchen was a little ill equipped. Sometimes the Keystone bus would run late.
Location: Ski, skate, hike, cross country ski, snow shoe-winter. Pool year round. Golf, bike and stables in summer.
The room had two bedrooms and pull-out couch which was a bonus since the master was only a double size bed. The condo was clean and generally comfortable but a little dated (carpeting). The kitchen lacked any mixing/storage bowls, spatulas and generally was minimally equipped. I guess they presume there will be little cooking going on but we were there during the holidays. Had ski locker for equipment. The unit was at back of building but near outdoor pool. The staff was very friendly. When arrive got a free night skiing and skate. Overall a great experience.
