Bait and Switch on pricing--avoid this place.

They played bait and switch with the price. I had pre-paid for the room. When I got ready to check out with a zero balance from every document I had gotten related to the reservation and after calling the Lodge to make sure I had no balance, they told me I owed a $25 resort fee. I refused to pay it and they took it off. I paid another resort fee to eat at the Alpenglow Stube--again undisclosed until I was presented with the $205 bill. It was not the price that bothered me, It was the fact that neither was disclosed when I booked the reservation. Just to book, I first called the 800 number published on the web site--I got Vail resorts. They could not take my reservation. They transferred me to what was supposed to be the Keystone Inn reservation people. They Never answered. I finally booked on line through a third party. Their reservation system is broken. Just call and try to make a reservation at this place and see for yourself. I will NEVER stay here again and will advise all my friends and business associates to never book there either. I could have eaten the $43 breakfast buffet for two downstairs but chose not to. We left the resort and ate a nice meal for a third that price. This was a special birthday trip. You ruined it. Shame on all of you. Do appreciate the manager removing the resort fee. That helped a little--but not much

Excellent Customer Service Experience

The staff at Keystone Resort & Spa provided us with a remarkable experience. Nic the concierge went above and beyond to help us celebrate a Sweet 16 birthday by having a card signed by staff and strawberries delivered to the room! The resort emenities were wonderful and clean. We will be back!

Beware of the additional $25 per day resort fees which were not included in the Hotels.com price.

Housekeeping wasn't up to par

Pros: Awesome front desk, valet, room service, restaurant, lounge, and bar service!

The hotel was very nice. Awesome front desk, valet, room service, restaurant, lounge, and bar service! My disappointment was in housekeeping. Our teabags, sugar, stir sticks were not replaced , trash wasn't discarded, and stemware from ordered bottle of wine were not cleaned or cleared.

Awesome Hotel in Keystone

Pros: I enjoyed the comfort, location and appearance of the hotel facilities and the helpful staff.
Location: The location was close to the mountain were I went skiing. There were several freel shuttles to get ski locations and shops,
I was fortunate to be upgraded to a condo when I arrived. The room was spacious and had fantastic amenities that were well maintained. I had a beautiful views of mountains and a five acre skating rink. There was often people ice skating or playing hockey which was fun to watch! The hotel staff were helpful and pleasant. I would definitely stay there again,

Full service - great place!

The transportation to and from the base of Keystone was great! Both the breakfast cafe and restaurant in the hotel made the trip that much more convenient, as it was great to not have to run out for coffee or dinner in the crowds of Breckenridge.
