Lovely views. Everything you need.

Pros: Very clean, fresh, and convenient. Met all of our needs.
Cons: Maybe they could bring it down a few thousand feet. They would make my stay more comfortable. Just kidding, obviously! It was a little pricey though
Location: The location was great. Close to the slopes. The free shuttle service was a huge plus. I would not bother renting a car if I went back.
This was a very comfortable stay for my son and I even though I had high altitude sickness my entire stay. Everything was so convenient for us. The restaurants were convenient and the food was good. Our room was nice. I enjoyed the large picture windows with a beautiful view. Filtered water provided daily and a portable room humidifier were very much appreciated. The hotel overall was clean and fresh looking. The staff was very helpful with everything from valet parking to checking road conditions for us. Karen in housekeeping was especially helpful. I had read that they weren't very welcoming to younger people in the reviews which I thought was kind of a strange complaint. But I did notice they gave my son a long look when we checked in also. But I think that they want to make sure things stay classy enough. Ironically, we went to dinner in the bar the first night and they had to call the police because an old guy was drunk and routy. I never made it to the pool or spa because I was too sick. But, overall this was a very nice place and if it weren't for high altitude sickness, I would stay here again. My son enjoyed the snowboarding, the nice powder that was dumped on us, and the free shuttle to the ski resort.

Well worth the price...

The lodge is a little out of date, but the service, beds and rooms were all above average for the price. The free shuttle, ski concierge at the base mtn and the card to skip the lift line at the gondola were very well thought out. A lot better than Vail has to offer without spending thousands of dollars. Will definitely return.

This place was great!!! They have a shuttle service that takes you right to the gondola which is huge! It saves a lot of walking and sitting in traffic. The also have free check in for your skis at the mountain for overnight. Everyone at the resort was amazingly helpful and the service was impeccable! When I called for my car at the end of the stay they even thought to have my luggage waiting for me without me even asking for it. The pool and hot tub were clean and temperatures were great. I love outdoor pools!

Nice stay and location. Would have liked a microwave and fridge but otherwise excellent.

Overall a good experience. Staff was very friendly. The beds were not comfortable and pillows killed my neck.

Colorado winter vacation

Keystone is one of the best run ski resorts in Colorado. It's family friendly but also fun for a romantic getaway.

OK, and generally comfortable, but a bit run down for price. Hole in wall between bathroom and bedroom was plugged with paper.
