Great views

Posted Mar 25, 2017
Cons: Add meat selection at breakfast.
Convenient location to ski areas. Great views including while working out. A little noisy with the replacement of the stairwell doors. This was done mostly during the day when most people are out and about.

Dealt with a full house...

Posted Mar 22, 2017
Location: It's in Silverthorne. Close to the outlets, close to the slopes.
Hotel staff were nice and accommodating. They had a lot of spring breakers in the building, so breakfast was mobbed, but they corrected it by the next day (extra food stations, more staffing) They did run out of hot water one night, which I didn't realize was possible at a hotel, but the front desk was apologetic and again, they didn't have the same issue again the next night. Overall a great value for a clean, quiet place to stay.

Low Budget

Posted Mar 20, 2017
Pros: location
Cons: Replace the person overseeing this facility. It is in shambles and they are hiring unqualified people to work on the place.
I cant complain about the price, but everything in this hotel is falling apart and the craftsmanship shows that all repair work and maintenance is done by unskilled labor. Everywhere one looks there is something totally screwed up. It became comical at a certain point. Completely unbelievable but hilarious.

OLD HOTEL, Poorly cleaned and no pride inside.

Posted Mar 20, 2017
Pros: breakfast and the pool area
Cons: Service of the staff. The don't seem well trained in the people business.
Location: Close to everything. Food, skiing, shopping.
Dog Friendly, cool unless your allergic to dogs. carpet was worn. Dust on top of everything above 5 feet from the floor. An old occupants coffee cup was on one ledge inside the room visible from the sleeping area.Shower curtain was broken. Had been previously fixed with silicone to hold it in place. The room was not ready until an hour past check in time and even then when we arrived to the room, the old linens were in the doorway holding the door open! The breakfast was nice. The pool area was nice. The end.

Close to multiple ski areas.

Hotel is under renovation in ongoing small stages. Carpeting on second floor hallway is worn and dated. Our room carpet was dated and torn from usage in several spots. Room walls are thin and sound travels easily, had to call front desk several times to report music and noise well past 10pm. Wall shook when neighbor ring unit pushed/layied against the wall. Lack of staff delayed room cleaning two of our seven day stay past 3pm. Carful of wet spots in elevator since they allow animals and some owners don't care or cleanup after own pets. Staff is friendly and try to assist but are limited. Don't over pay for your stay.
