Relaxing Mountain GetawayPosted Aug 18, 2015
Pros: Spacious condo with great views. Downtown Breckenridge was a 5 min walk.
Cons: Check in could have been friendlier. 4pm arrival and out by 10am felt like a very short turn around for us. Pool was a hike and ice cold!
We stayed one night here on our way back to Denver during the summer. The condo was very roomy and slept 6 of us great. The views were wonderful and downtown Breck was a short walk. The person at check in wasn't very friendly but was efficient. We tried to find the pool and swung into the office to get better directions and after the walk there the pool was freezing so we passed. Overall a great complex and would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful 1bd, 2ba unit. Wood burning fireplace, fully stocked kitchen with just about anything you could need, clean, great location and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

A view from the cloudsPosted Aug 1, 2015
Our condominium at Pine Ridge was fabulous. We definitely got more than we expected. For the two of us, we got a condo on the top floor. Now---climbing those flights was a little cumbersome, but well worth it. We could have invited 10 people along and there still would have been plenty of living quarters. We enjoyed the beautiful scenery in Breckenridge. This place was literally walking distance to every place, including the Riverwalk Center where we enjoyed the symphony. We will definitely be going back---no questions asked.

Perfect location!Posted Jul 31, 2015
A block away from Main Street! The condo was very spacious and clean, however quite outdated. The pool is "shared" with other condos and a bit of a walk. Overall wonderful stay; we hope to return!

Great location but not a peaceful stay.Posted Jul 12, 2015
Pros: The location near Main Street and the slopes.
The location is wonderful. Just one block from the shops and restaurants on Main Street in Breckenridge and very near the slopes. But, we heard every single footstep from the condo above us. It was like the whole condo was shaking. There were also some minor repairs that were needed. Ice machine made a loud noise even after we tried many times just to turn it off. We had to shut the bedroom door just so we wouldn't hear it all night long. The garbage disposal didn't work, and we had no internet on our first day.

Decent condo, convenient location to townPosted Jul 10, 2015
Pros: The location was very walkable to the town of Breckenridge--very convenient. The size of the unit, the kitchen and the pool were also good.
Cons: The quality of the bedding, furnishings and bathrooms were behind the times and need updated. This was a stark contrast to other local resorts.
Location: Our kids enjoyed the community pool and hot tub. The Main Street of Breckenridge is just two blocks away, which was our main reason to book this site.
This was a decent condominium for our family of four's three-night stay in Breckenridge. The biggest plus was the size and openness of our 2 bed, 2 bath unit; it was huge. However, the mattresses and bedspreads were showing their wear, as was the furniture. The bathroom fixtures were shabby and the shower head, while good pressure, was small and looked like it was from the 1970s. The door handles rattled and wouldn't shut all the way on some of the rooms. Overall, the staff was helpful and the size of the unit worked for us and met our purpose--but it was definitely a dated interior. (The exterior is well cared for and up to date.) Note, there are also no elevators and with the unit located up to six floors, the stairs could prove difficult for some.

Wonderful location and comfortablePosted Jun 2, 2015
Pros: Location, living areas.
Location: Hiking was within walking distance. Liquor store right at the bottom of the hill
The unit we rented was very nice and comfortable. The living room, kitchen and dining area were clean and nicely furnished. The bedrooms were a bit disappointing. The room with twin beds had substandard mattresses. All the pillows were flat and uncomfortable. Everything else was very nice. The lady who checked us in seemed unfriendly and more concerned with telling us the things we had to do before we left. My sons went for a hike. It would be nice if there were sunscreens available or if she had told us it was needed. They were very sunburned after their hike. The hot tub was clean and nice after a day of hiking.
