I will not ever stay in this property nor recommend it to anyone else. I was fooled by the reviews but the employees have no regard for the customer experience. As a guest you have to pick up and drop off keys at a completely different location. The front desk person could not answer any of my questions and programmed the key- fob wrong so we couldn't get into the building without someone else coming along. Instead of bringing us a new one he said we could come back in the pouring rain to get a new one. The pull out bed was broken and warped with springs sticking out of the mattress and crumbs and old sock in the bed. The only good thing is the location. You can pay just as much for a nice hotel

We loved the location but the unit 103 was absolutely awful sofa and mattress. It was so old the cushions were completely flat and unable to be sat on and the bed had me and my husband sunk into the middle on top of each other the furniture was older than 10 yrs and broken down not to mention gross. Sad to spend a week in an unsleepable bed and sofa while skiing was exhausting.

The condo was very nice and in good condition overall. It was very quiet in the area and that was nice. Had one issue when the stove wouldn't shut down and no response from the emergency number given. Otherwise, very pleased overall.

There was a coffee maker, just no coffee. A single use coffee pod would've been great (hotels do that all the time!). Charging a the fee to check in early, a courtesy that used to be free, is disappointing. 10am check out is as well.
