Needs updating

The door to the room did not fit so it would not close all the way without slamming it on pulling on it. Breakfast wasn't great so I went and got food elsewhere.

It was a very great experience!! You would definitely enjoy it ! It is very clean and the staff is very welcoming. They have great hospitality ! The bathrooms were clean and the sheets were as well ! I had no problems with this hotel nor the staff that work here ! They had amazing breakfast prepared in the morning for all guest it was good and hot ! I would definitely recommend this hotel to someone. In fact I'll be back there. It was an amazing stay this weekend.

OK for a night

Let's just say a very loud knock at the door at 5:38AM isn't a good first impression nor is the phone call from the front desk asking who I am and why I was in that room when I had been there since Sunday evening. No indication this hotel was under renovation on Expedia wasn't nice either. Smokers right at the front door didn't help my asthema either. Choose the Comfort Inn & Suites across Broad instead. At least they serve bacon and have side doors that lock.

Cons: parking
Location: Close
Nice hotel but pricey for location. Parking lot in rear but no rear entrance. Drink machine empty for 3 days. Staff too personal!

Pros: Staff were great and friendly, breakfast was pretty good.
Cons: Please clean the upholstery on the chairs. Couldn't get all channels list on the channel guide. HBO, I could hear but couldn't see the picture.
Location: Plenty of stores and eateries in the area.
I enjoyed my stay, the rooms were pleasant the staff were great. I see they're going through renovations; unfortunately, the carpeting they're upgrading to (at least in the hallways) look cheap. They should stick to a more luxurious type carpet like the type they have advertised on their website. Lastly, there is intermittent issues with their key cards where they don't work. I believe they have an issue with their key card machine and the staff have to let customers in their rooms. The owner(s) needs to get this fixed quickly as it is an annoyance to customers.

Not very satisfied

I was pretty disappointed with my stay. The hotel is undergoing major renovations to begin with. Second, the door to the room was very difficult to open. Third, the room just didn't seem clean. Last, during the day it would randomly smell like sewage. Probably won't be staying there again.
