Too much light comes in

No hot water and no bath towels

I left very unimpressed. Both days of our stay there were hot water issues. Housekeeping informed us the towels would be replaced “when they came out of the dryer”. We never got our towels replaced and when I asked the front desk for two bath towels I was informed they had no more and was given a few hand towels. There is nothing like drying off after an ice cold shower with a hand towel! Don’t plan on going to breakfast at 9am because you probably won’t find much food left.

Horrible staff

I had a paid reservation and couldn’t get a rooom due to previous “walk ins”. The receptionist could barely use a computer to find a room and after 45 min waiting in the lobby she finally said she didn’t have a room!

NOT WORTH $130

I've stayed at plenty of hotels so this was okay for a one night stay but WAS NOT worth $130/night! There was NO ice at the hotel (machine broken on 1st floor) lady at front desk say go to 3rd floor Went to 3rd floor NO ICE machine only vending (soda machine) Stayed in room 102 which seems like we were under the steps! The entire time I was in hotel you could hear running back & forth! Needless to say did not get much sleep which was the sole purpose of me getting the room! Breakfast was good so stay if you want but still not worth $130 they should be charging around $85/night

Restful accommodating and friendly staff.

Pros: Location great proximity to all types of shopping variety and restaurants. Main highway and route to center of city was great.
Cons: better visibility from main street we passed the hotel a couple of times until we became familiar.
Location: Restaurants and stores are all very accessible and a good variety of all ypes.
Nice breakfast plenty of food an a good variety. Hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating.

The first night was great, once the softball crew checked in everything went down hill the kids was running through the halls playing with the door knobs I did speak with the front desk about the issue came in on thursday night about 1 am the kids was all over the lobby screaming and playing loudly
