The property is in poor condition!! I have NEVER stayed at a Country Inn that had rust on the metal lines in the bathroom. The veneer was peeling off the furniture. The room looked like it had not been dusted in quite awhile. The towels were clean, but dingy. I could go on, but why? It is apparent that there is an attempt being msde to make improvements--but in the hallways. Consider starting the renovations in the guestrooms!

Overall a nice facility. Common areas were neat and clean and the indoor pool was well maintained. We prepaid and had reserved a suite. Upon arrival we were told they were oversold and we were bumped down to a regular room with no adjustment in room rate. Impossible to renegotiate rate since they already had our money. Room was clean but bathroom was in need of maintenance. The commode was not attached to the floor and rocked so much that it’s a wonder there wasn’t water all over the floor. One bolt was missing and the other was visibly loose. The bead of caulking had long since been broken. The bowl of the sink was actually cracked and had sharp and uneven edges protruding up into the sink behind the drain. No chance for room reassignment due to the oversold situation.

Stayed for a few days and house keeping did not clean the room. Had to go to front desk to ask for towels as they took out dirty ones but did not provide clean ones. Had to take out my own trash. The rooms also had bug problems. The pool was nice,

This was the perfect property for a single person. I felt safe and it had an elevator, hearty free breakfast, huge suite room, excellent and attentive staff, well staffed, close to everything but set back for quiet/privacy, lots of parking out front. Family friendly but quiet. I am glad I chose the County Inn & Suites for my stay and will stay here again.

The staff was friendly, but when I questioned about issue about toilet or the leaking from the refrigerator, their reply was we are the process of renovating the hotel. Otherwise, everything was okay.
