False marketing. When we searched for the hotel the ad said, "breakfast available". There was no continental breakfast and there was not even a breakfast "available". Their option was a restaurant across the street. So disappointing. We even stayed at the Best Western just a few blocks away the first night in town and it included a continental breakfast.

Thank you for staying with us these last couple of days. On the website it states there is a Cafe on our premise so we don't have a typical Free breakfast. "Breakfast available"means that it is available at the cafe.It is Not across the street. The entrance is at the front of our hotel.and you may have walked in the parking lot,but there was no street to cross. There are also Breakfast rates on line; like all other brands that have a Cafe or Restaurant on premise. We have many more amenities that the other Best Western in town does not have,expressly; an Elevator. Upgraded guest room amenities, sheets,rooms,sm Refridge and microwave with extra bar sink in the room, Best Location in town,Indoor pool and spa,fitness room with upgraded peloton bike and more.We're sorry you were unhappy about having a cafe on premise. Hopefully they will have room for you the next time you Visit the Sun Valley area. All our best to you. Hope you enjoyed the area.

Nice property, close to everything. The staff was lovely. The property was clean. Unfortunately, the water temperature in our shower was unmanageable. It was scalding hot and we could not get enough water pressure to take a shower when we tried to add cold water into the mix. The solution was filling the waste basket with cold water, adding it to the hot water in the tub and taking a bath! I’m sure we could’ve requested a different room, but we were only there for a couple of days and didn’t want to move all our stuff around. The positives certainly outweigh the one negative and we would definitely stay there again (but in a different room lol).
Excellent location, this is a wonderful hotel with great accommodations and a warm atmosphere. We loved the fireplace in our room and the spa was a great way to end the snowy days.
This was my second time staying here. I would highly recommend. The only reason it didn’t get 5stars across the board was because the person who checked us in seemed very disconnected. Maybe she was having a bad day, but she never should have been playing with her cell phone during the check in process. Everything else was wonderful
Close to skiing. In door pool and hot tub are great for after skiing.

We have come to this hotel several times because we love it. We love the big fireplace room, we love the hot tub always at the perfect temp, the front desk lady was fun and engaging. Simple, pleasant, delightful, that's why we keep coming back.

We had a nice stay. Room was clean, bed was confortable and front desk was very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was not included, but the restaurant next door had delicious food (breakfast/lunch) and very affordable.

We would have loved for you to check in with us about the drip ..as we would have the Maintance dept take care of it right away or even move you to a different room. If we don't know we're not able to help. These items can start at any time even in-between Housekeeping or Maintance checks. I'm sorry you felt Caitlin was confused at your check in..I was here helping her and heard nothing about it from either her questioning or hearing it go on in the back office. I thought having a 3rd party prepaid reservation and then seeing in the log an extra Government tax exempt might have been a glitch..but didn't sound like it. Hope you had a great stay after all!

Guest called the same day of the busy weekend...Sat at 12;40pm to cancel for the same night....We're Sorry its too late to cancel: its with in the 7 day cancellation period. Said because of his daughter and Frt dk agent noted that he is aware of the too late to cancel charges. We would help out if we could resell the room; but we didn't sell out . Sorry. so he's doing this in spite.

Location, location, location one of our #1 amenities that guests love about us. Yes, we have remodeled within the past 2years with all of the guest rooms, and general areas with new carpet, custom alder wood furniture, custom art from the area, drapes, woodwork, new sofas, chairs, tables. Our new photos are from a local well-known photographer. All rooms have a bar area with sink, sm microwave and refrigerator. We have an indoor pool and spa and it’s so great to use when you get back from your activities from the day! I am sorry to see that you had issues with the TV...we have Cox Communications and sometimes they lose communication and we just have to reset it ..by un plugging it and plugging it back in, which is easy to take care of.

For one you did not stay with us. So therefore your review is nil. We said ok to not charge the too late to cancel to Expedia, which we didn't have to do as we were trying to help you out and this is the thanks we get. If you book on a 3rd party, guests need to deal with them directly. It makes it harder for us to help you. Please READ the Hotel's first page and paragraph on our or any web page you decide to book with, Our information saying that there are NO BIKESSKISPETS in the rooms is listed right on the front page,1st paragraph. There is also a check mark area at the end of the process in renting a room online that if you check it you abide by the hotels cancellation and all policies. Please Research your extra special needs, especially if you don't want to leave your bikes locked outside. Please read about the property you would like to stay with before you get there so there are no tantrums. Nothing coercive either, just following policy just like any other brand. You checked and agreed to the cancellation policy. We also have on our confirmation and on the registration that you received both of that there are no bikes, pets, skis allowed in the rooms. Its just not a whim. We have inside corridors and carpet, Hotel K has vinyl flooring and has an outside entrance. 2 different type of stays. Research before you make your arrangements and make commitments.

This was a very nice property to stay at the individual we dealt with was very nice. The other wait staff not so nice anyways we would definitely stay here again.

A little noisy but we had a roo near the street. In past stays it was quiet. No room service, which i guess is typical now. Ut they should sto k the rooms with extra towels, coffee and tissues if there isno service

Housekeeping is on trend with all the other brands and checks in with our guests if they are in house during the day as a courtesy to see if they need any amenities or trash out etc for the day. We also have all items at the Front desk for convenience.

Most Best Westerns provide breakfast, but this one DOES NOT serve it on Sundays. After paying over $400/night, they should not advertise breakfast if they are not going to serve it!! Of course in Sun Valley, there are not many options for breakfast at all, especially on Sundays!

Most hotels that have onsite Cafe's or Restaurants do nots serve a free breakfast. On our web page there is a Breakfast rate available. This is what you may have seen from your comment. It does state the café on premise is not available on Sundays. They take 1 day off a week to rest and be there for everyone during the rest of the time. We are very fortunate to have many great restaurant in town for us all to enjoy!
