“When we arrived, instructions were very easy on getting entrance into our room. Very clean, well maintained and the furniture and bed were we very comfortable. Met the property manager and she was a great person to have a discussion with. The location of the property was excellent and was easy to get around from the lake, and beach to street patios. All within a comfortable walking distance. We definitely will be booking to stay there again.”

Expect extreme micromanagement and privacy concerns.First, you have to provide an excessive amount of personal information just to gain access to the building including where you live, the purpose of your booking, and a photo of your ID. They even require three separate photos of your face for "verification." I contacted VRBO about the safety of providing such sensitive info outside their platform. Their AI tool warned me never to do it, yet the human representative I spoke with……

“I would not recommend this property. Needs to be cleaned and the house had an unpleasant smell. Definitely overpriced for what we got. This place has potential but definitely not there yet. Huge yard for kids and pets. This was definitely disappointing. Also having to pay a steep deposit made me uneasy and though might be a scam. We did get our refund back and host was pleasant to deal with. For the price listed we expected a higher standard of cleanliness. We did have a great time and location……
