Just staying for one night! They are in the process of renovating which looks like it needed it. Our room was clean but the bed could have been more comfortable. Staff was great!

In town for an early family Christmas celebration, daughters family lives minutes away. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience so much I can assure you it won't be our last. From the front desk staff, Ray, to the design and layout of our room it was all top notch. Thanks, MCW

It was worth the money. Everyone was nice. The beds were a little to hard for my taste.

Nice renovation!

Pros: Room.
Cons: The exterior, but they are working on it.
Location: Outlet Mall is close.
The hotel was in the process of being renovated but the rooms were already done and were beautiful! Comfortable, spacious bathroom, and clean. The location wasn't fantastic but it was across from Bob Evans and convienent to gas stations, other restaurants, and the outlet mall ( which was the reason for our trip). The breakfast was good but their waffle maker was not functional on the morning we stayed. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Nice, convenient, easy access to many places

Newer facility, very clean and spacious. Nice area, convenient to lots of places. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel close to my daughter's home

Pros: See above.
Cons: Confusion on the towels for the swimming pool. We did take them up to our room
Location: Loved going to the Columbus zoo nearby.
Enjoyed the swimming pool with my daughter's family and also enjoyed breakfast.
