Sometimes it pays to spend a little more

Cons: The only suggestion I would have is the room would be even nicer with another chair and lamp. The room is large enough to handle them.
Location: Plenty of places to eat nearby but girl at desk told us about a local place about 5 miles away and it was great.
This hotel was easily the best we stayed in out of 5 on our vacation. From check in to breakfast at check out it was certainly worth the extra dollars to stay. The staff was great, the room was clean and spacious and everything worked as is should.

Almost as described

P'ool was out of service. I suggested that could have been noted on the website. Room nice, also staff. Breakfast offered prepared oatmeal and nuts for vegans (better than most). Plenty of interstate noise (but it's by the interstate). Outside not very well kept, but perhaps I am one of the few people who walks around outside.

Workout facility wasn't that good. Breakfast was okay. No coffee one day.

Check in was great, walked into our room and there was hair in the shower but everything else was great!

Hampton Inn/ Delaware/ Sunbury, Ohio

I had a very enjoyable stay at the Hampton Inn in Delaware oh , the staff was very friendly and professional. The room was extremely clean and exactly what you described online Thank you for making it such an enjoyable place to stay, I would highly recommend this Hampton Inn as an option to stay it was great!

I like the breakfast!

Location: Threre are several places to eat and gas stations nearby. Overall a good location.
I like the breakfast, probably my favorite part. Room was nice and clean. Hotel is in a good location with some restaurants and other places nearby.

Comfortable place to stay

Pros: Staff and cleanliness
Cons: our room could have used some updating
Location: We are originally from the area so we come when we visit our family
We've stayed at this particular Hampton several times in the last 5 years. It is always a comfortable place to stay but our room needed some work. It was very clean and well kept but was beginning to show it's age. We will stay there again but hope the rooms will have been updated.

An ok hotel

Pros: The room was spacious and clean. The heating/cooling system seemed to be a little tricky....could have had a little better lighting...to do studying, but overall was acceptable.
Cons: We were very displeased to wait, quite a while to be checked in...there was no sign/bell for service, and after waiting quite a while the girl did come in, and had been out smoking.....I own my own business, and feel that was poor customer service. When I mentioned it at checkout, the girl on front desk knew exactly who it was.
Location: location was nice right off the highway, shopping and restaurant choices ok.. At the top of survey, I think there should be a maybe button.
