Below my expectation
No one spoke English. Coffee is available to purchase only after 10am. Air conditioning unit temp is fixed and cannot be lower than 20c. They have central control of temperature to save A/C. They refer to their affiliated restaurants but those places turned out to be below expectations. Management should significantly improved.

여수 가족여행에 최적인 것 같은 호텔입니다. 수영장 라이프가드 직원분이 대단히 친절하시고 반대로 목욕탕은 10시 마감이라고 표기해놓고 9시 반까지 안 나가면 대놓고 엄청나게 눈치 줍니다. 본인이 10시에 퇴근해야 된다고. 그럴거면 애초에 운영시간을 9시 반까지라고 해놓던가.... 주변에 상점가가 없고 지하에 아주 작은 무인 편의점 밖에 없어 필요한 건 미리 외부에서 사갖고 오는 게 낫습니다. 조식이랑 뷰도 너무 좋아서 만족합니다.

Hidden local hotels at the global chain quality
I was able to enjoy a quiet and peaceful vacation worthy of the name. The room condition was clean and comfortable. It can be a good choice if you want a well-conditioned local hotel. You can enjoy the serene sea view from all rooms, and I'd like to call it a '뷰 맛집'.

Overall it was clean and neat and all staffs were very kind. They have lovely path for walking along the shore, good to walk in the morning.

The location on the bay was very beautiful with a perfect view of sunset from the lounge especially. There is also a nice path along the ocean which leads to main town which is great for running and walking. Staff was friendly and helpful overall. Pool experience could be improved though. Set up is a little strange... It was covered with a roof and glass on one wall but open to outside in back. Only one small kiddie pool was actaully open to outside air but with no view. Outside of pool area is only concrete walls which block ocean view. It kind of felt like swimming in a car park with a big window. Also, pool is not open in morning until 11 am (same as check-out time) which is very disapointing as guests aren't able to have a morning swim or lounge in the sun before they check out. If you don't care about pools I would recommend this hotel for the lovely ocean veiws. If you are looking for luxurious pool experience though, there are better choices in Yeosu.

The swimming pool opens the entire folding door in the summer, depending on the season. In winter, you can use it for four seasons by closing the folding door. The hotel is located right by the ocean in a very quiet area. The view from my room was extremely beautiful. This hotel is ideal for guests who are looking for a more scenic atmosphere. Waking up and taking a walk along the boardwalk behind the hotel was a treat. Check in was efficient and the ladies at the front desk were extremely kind. They were able to understand English and respond accordingly. The check in staff listened to all my special requests and I appreciated their diligence in making my stay comfortable.

The views and location were excellent. The staff was friendly and cordial. Our singular complaint is the men’s and women’s saunas are different. The men’s is much nicer, but the women’s costs the same. The men’s has gorgeous windows with views of the bay, an outdoor soaking area, and two sauna rooms. The women’s has none of that. Kind of disappointing, but not surprising in a country that’s already designed mostly around men’s comfort at the expense of the women.

The room was very comfortable and included a beautiful view of the sunset. The staff was also very kind and helpful. Check in and check out was very simple and quick. It was a great experience staying here.
