Very convenient and spacious. Also cheap but the down fall is there wasn’t enough toiletries and had to ask everyday.

Check in was good. Only 1 lift available and can accommodate around 5 persons at any one time and have to go through the stairs during peak hour. Room is spacious but have to deal with ants around the coffee making area. Ample parking space and within walking distance to eateries.

All rooms facing the pool. Very nice view. However the pool is pack with students attending swimming lesson / practice during week ends. Not comfortable for hotel guests to swim happily.

1. Sliding door to balcony was locked and called for technician to unlock but did not turned up. 2. Bathroom was not practical as u have to climb up the jacuzzi to bath. Not suitable with children for executive suite room.

The room was very far from the lift. The reason because the room is bigger for 3 ppl. However the middle lift was out of order, so my 79 old parents had a daunting task of walking. A wheelchair was provided, but i alone had to carry them both. So my father opted to walk slowly. Only one small bottle of shower gel for 3 people, the tissue was leftover from previous guests. I will make sure to advise people against staying at this hotel. Rm310 for 3 people is not that cheap!

Great!
The were no hot shower in the room, probably because it was broken. One of the elevators was broken so we had to walk quite far to our room. The housekeeping service was really slow, had to wait quite long for a cleaned room. Other than that, the location is great where food is very easy to find for cheap prices and great taste too! Food stalls are located very near to the hotel, you could practically walk there.

OK but need some renovation and refurbishment
I stay in the twin room for 2 nights. One of the mattress sounds noisy. But the other one is ok. The hotel looks old outer and inside. The only thing that I love is the swimming pool. My toddler really happy playing at the kids pool. The front desk staff really friendly and helpful. Put some more interesting menus for breakfast too.

Wedding Weekend
I have booked 13 rooms from the hotel for our family attending a wedding. The rooms that was provided was very bad in condition. The hotel facilities are very old and certainly needs a refurbishment. The hotel management provided some better room to some families after whole lot of complaints and a particular incident when the shower curtain rail fell on our guests head. That is particularly unacceptable and dangerous. I hope the management will look into the condition of each rooms and check before giving it to guests.

Went there to visit relatives. Room size is big but badly maintained. The parking is better than others in the area as it is a secured hotel area (others are road size parking). But for the price, cannot ask for more.

Good short getaway.
Good stay, good staff. Quite helpful. Kids enjoying the stay with a clean and nice pool. Even the breakfast just so-so not really have many choices but the food is quite tasty by the way. Please improve on WiFi, its really a bad coverage. The rest is all good. Thank you.

Water pressure is too low. Ants all over the bath room. Hardly watched a video with the extremely slow wifi speeds. The hotel is old. Renovation is needed. However, I did enjoy my free breakfast with delicious foods at the hotel. I would never stay at this hotel again.

We booked for 2 rooms but only 1 room was ready upon check-in..and we have to wait for almost an hour for the other room to be ready! To our surprise there were no towels in our rooms (what kind of hotel is this??). After 2nd request made only we were given towels (1 1/2 hrs later!!!). To make matter worst upon arriving at the hotel it was raining heavily and we were soaked to our underwears...and yet we have to wait for almost 2 hrs to clean ourselves...my worst experience so far....
