Sunlight Beach Vacations from $630

We recently stayed at WorldMark Birch Bay and found the property to be clean and well maintained. The amenities were okay, and the location is great, being close to the beach. It would have been nice if the property offered a billiard room or a casual happy hour, similar to what some hotels provide, as that would have added to the overall experience. We also voluntarily attended the timeshare presentation. Unfortunately, we found the experience to be quite pressured and it lasted approximately two hours. We were also disappointed that we did not receive the seven free days that were offered for attending the presentation. Overall, the stay itself was pleasant, but the timeshare presentation experience was disappointing.

It was beautiful! View outstanding. The pictures you have need to be updated. The outside looks nothing like the photos. Overgrown- weeds by the front door area and so much sand. Cliff we can tell has been slowly eroding. Next door the neighbors are loosing their yard. Your yard the fence dangerous. I would not have any children in yard. grassy and things including old tables and wire fencing laying around. Deck falling apart. Lots of sand- we understand but none cleaned up. Bbq horrible even though I asked if we can use it. Unusable and the fire table no propane tank just lying there. Inside good. Only we had to replace the batteries on the smoke detector. One of our washcloths in bathroom gross and bloody. Not goood. Had to ask for keys to garage was not in your book. We did see whales hanging in the area. I would not have pets there dangerous yard. Soo much sand out front. Could have been cleaned or swept for new guests arrival.
