Don't stay here

The rooms were decent but the location and outside of this place is a dump for what they are charging.

Good low-cost option in a generally high-cost area

Pros: Rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast included in the price was very good, with lots of items.
Cons: The elevator is the old freight elevator, and the stairs seemed a little wobbly.
We were looking for an inexpensive place to stay while visiting family in the Cupertino area. Cherry Orchard Inn fit the bill nicely.

Good service but if you need and extra bed they wil charge you $20 extra when on other its free,

The room I stayed was super clean.. Had a Keurig coffee machine. Microwave and a mini refrigerator. It also had an iron and ironing board.

Good stay hotel.

Great stay. Very comfortable beds and water pressure in shower was nice. Would stay here again if visiting.

Stay away at all costs- Noisy and smelly rooms

This is perhaps one of the worst hotels we ever stayed. The management is terrible and once you book, you cannot change the booking. I booked for two nights, but i wanted to change it to one night, since my meetings got cancelled and I had to headback home, despite having more than 24 hours advanced notice. Despite this, the hotel would not let you shorten the stay to one day. There is only one reason this happens. They cannot get anyone to come and stay at this place. Not customer friendly at all. The hotel has a faint odour. Indian people love a deal. This is a terrible deal by all accounts. $250+ a night is not cheap. For that price, you expect a decent room. Hotels.com should not keep this hotel in their inventory.
