hotel keeps calling at checkout time

at checkout time staff keeps calling and housekeeping opened room door regardless of "do not disturb" is still hanging on the door.

Power of toilet and shower is weak.

The room is good. The room keeper skipped cleaning without any reason. The total quality is service is not as good as the rate of Expedia.

Nice and quiet hotel

Feels like home. Clean amd quiet, comfy bed. The only problem was the oher sink was clogged and the tub too. I hope they will fix it.

Great place near Levi stadium.

Nice hotel. My room (suit) was great. It was like a nice lil studio. Kitchen had everything that you needed in a kitchen and more. I come up to Santa Clarita every year for a 49ers game and I will always want to stay here!!!!

couples weekend

Pros: the room and the beds
i came here with my boyfriend for a small get away and it was great. the rooms were very nice and outs came with a kitchen and everything one can possibly need for the kitchen. the beds were very comfy and the breakfast was great. i would stay here again.

Nice and quiet hotel.

Pros: Nice, clean and staffs are friendly.
Cons: Breakfast would have been great if not Too much milk/water in the omelettes.
Location: Close to freeway, shopping mall and Standford university.
parking is walking distance. Safe for family with children.

Wish I would of picked a different hotel

Upon arrival at check in we were told we had to put a damage deposit hold of a credit card/ cash of $250. I was shocked due to nowhere saying there would be a $250 hold. After a small argument she allowed me to give her $100 cash for deposit. Arrived in our room and there was a actual quarter size hole through the tub I immediately called front desk and they had to switch us rooms. They put us in a room that was next to the staircase doors. Upon our 1 night stay we experienced paper thin walls- u can hear ur neighbors talking, TVs, cooking, showering, etc. Any time someone walked through the metal stair case door it slammed hard! We heard it EVERY TIME! Bed was somewhat comfortable but the pillows were so flat that I had to put a sweater under them. (And I had two pillows)... The shower head itself was nice besides for the fact that the shower liner was cloth so it just soaked up all the water, and if u didn’t put the outside design liner in the tub as well u ended up with a completely soaking wet floor! You also stood in ankle high shower water due to extremely slow drainage. Upon check out I asked to speak to a manager due to me being extremely unhappy with the experience for the expensive amount I paid in comparison and was told I would receive a phone call after 4 pm when the next manager arrived. I checked out at 8 am. Still have yet to hear from anyone a day later. I would never stay here again nor recommend it to anyone....

Good location, spacious room, clean and nice

I had a good stay, with some minor inconveniences. The room was quite large and nice. Very clean. Location was good. It was quiet. My issues were minor but annoying nonetheless. I could not get the internet to stay on....I was trying to work and it must have gone down or shut off 10 times during an hour. It was also very slow. Seems odd to be in the middle of Silicon Valley and not be able to get internet service. Also, both phones in the room were not working. I tried to call the front desk and they were both dead. Not sure if they were unplugged because I didn't bother getting under the nightstand to find out.
