Internet service was really poor and was difficult to connect with. For internet service that worked, there was a 9.95 premium service. As well, reception never answered their phone so I had to go down to the lobby. Additionally, their housekeeping staff didn't leave us with towels. Overall, - very poor experience. For the money you pay, the sevide just isn't worth it. The only good thing was the location, which was really close to Sawgrass Mills Mall.
