Fire Alarms all Morning

Pros: The room was clean, but staff was very inconsiderate.
Cons: Policy for alarm testing during business hours while rooms are occupied with paying guests.
(4/21-4/24th 2017) We stayed for 3 nights while visiting family in the area. The first morning the Fire Alarm went off at 8:30am waking everyone on the floor, and it was a false alarm. The last day staying in the hotel there was a sign posted that they would be testing the fire alarms in the hotel. These "test" alarms began around 9am and continued every few minutes until about 11am disrupting all the hotel guests trying to enjoy the breakfast in the lobby. It makes no sense why these test could not be done after check-out time around 11am-noon when there would be fewer guests to be put through the inconvenience. When checking out we mentioned our discomfort of our stay due to the repeated morning fire alarms the woman working the desk was not sympathetic or offered any apologizes and rather rude. I then asked for any sort of discount or consolidation for our inconvenience, and she said to take it up with Expedia as there was nothing the hotel could do for us. Will never stay here again or probably book at another la quinta property.

Our room smelled like a ash tray, it was a terrible smoke smell! There was no locking safe. The refrigerator freezer was a solid block of ice, if you move the refrigerator like i did to find something I I dropped behind the refrigator- it has not been cleaned in years!!! Where is the house3kkeper???

Great hotel quiet, peaceful area, near to the mal

I really enjoyed it at the hotel. Breakfast was nice and area always clean, room was comfortable. Staff was always pleasant.

The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. I was able to bring my pet and there wasn't an extra pet fee. I would stay here again if I am in the area.

Nice hotel, love the distant

Pros: Cleanliness and friendly staff
Cons: A larger sign so it could be easily seen from the street. Trim the trees so they would not hide the sign
Location: Love the location, get away from everything. Drives so the location does not make a distant and could get where I need to go.
The staff members were very friendly. The breakfast was also good. The overall condition was excellent. There was fridge and microwave in the room oppose to the one I stayed in August (2016).

This was a last minute booking, because of a cancelled flight. We arrived and they were ready for us! Hotel location is great! Walking distance to stores and restaurants. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the pool are was great!
