The property is VERY dated. Elevator condition was unclean. No toilet paper holder in bathroom- it came off its hinges and was just never repaired. Our room door could not close and had to be fixed by hotel staff

There was stains on everything. The stairwell looked like it was a hotel rented by the hour. Blood on pillow. Furniture falling apart and sticky floor. Wyndham half-ass remodle, not a real La Quinta. Common area trash cans overflowing. Fountain outside was trashed.

Overall, the property was okay. There decent lighting in the parking lot. As soon as you walk you the lobby area, you can tell the difference in the air quality. Im bot sure their air condition was not properly working but it felt very stuffy and mold like. The blanket in our room had stains all over it, so i immediately had housekeeping change it as well as the sheets. Once the sheets were rwmoved, the mattress "cover" was even "WORSE" There were stains ALLLLL over it as if it had NEVER been washed. Of course, that had to be removed as well. And of course, now I didn't trust the mattress. Needless to say, I slept on top of the covers. The bathroom tub had hair all in it and the shower head was extremely nasty. This is why I travel with my own cleaning kit.

So checking in lady was to busy on a personal call to check for my reservation. Just kept insisting I was in the wrong hotel. That my reservation was across the street. So I go to other Laquinta and very nice lady there tell me I was at the right place originally and walked me back across the street to tell her to stop sending people over to the wrong place. Next no hot water in shower. Room door didn’t properly close. Signs on elevator saying out of order. When I asked the lady at front desk she said it sometimes works it okay to try… What!!! Then breakfast time. Eggs were horrible. There was no orange juice in the machine. No bagels in the tray and best of all when I went to get hot water for some hot tea… it came out brown. This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Stay away from this specific location. I’m sure they’re not all the same but Wyndham you should be ashamed

This hotel is horrible. When we came, the agent gave us a room that smelled like cigarettes and musty. He was nice enough to give us another room. We booked a 2 queen bed room, they gave us 2 double beds instead. There are ants in the room especially around the sink area. The room was made once and we had to ask for it. Breakfast is horrible. They served the same thing everyday. Do not book this hotel. Your money is worth somewhere else

Have stayed at this facility several times, it is adequate for the price but bathroom needs to be updated, and sink and tub had no actual drain stoppers, just the drainage pipe, rather unappetizing to look at when brushing teeth, breakfast is DOWN to La Quinta usual standards.

Property was neglected and in motel type conditions. Booked as a last resort due to higher and excessive hotel prices around the area. Would not stay here again. Although free breakfast was advertised, there were no condiments offered to a company the plain eggs and the juice fountains were never operable. Did not feel welcome and honesty felt overpriced when considering the premises overall conditions and poor breakfast menu.

Absolutely nothing, was not worth our money. The sink faucet was broke, bathroom light cover was out of place, and suspicion there could be a camera hidden in it, fitted sheet came off the bed just by laying in it, there were no covers for sleeper sofa, lamp bases needed dusting, very little facial tissues, toilet tissue were inexpensive(rough). Breakfast left a lot to be desired. It were nothing like La Quinta’s breakfast. Front desk staff were inexperienced, lack of experience staff cause my husband to use his cc when we had a card on hold. He was told there was another James Dassaw and he had been registered previously. My husband asked to meet the other James Dassaw, due to the fact, his name is unique. We were not given our points after we were told about the points when I called the hotel on Saturday. Terrible, terrible stay…never again.

When we first arrived we were told they didn't have a room available for us even though we had already paid for our stay prior to arriving they said it was because of a system glitch that the hotel was overbooked they sent us to a neighboring hotel that was dirty and smelled awful we could not sleep that night it was an awful experience

This property was in a quiet area but it’s in need of upgrades. Everywhere smelled like smoke including my room which was a non-smoking room. I don’t believe I saw one but there should be designated smoking areas. I may have missed it. The complimentary breakfast was ok. I just expected more. When I checked into my room, I found an item of clothing behind the chair. This made me feel like the rooms are not thoroughly cleaned or checked by management. I spoke to the front desk agent who assured me that it would be taken care of and she would have the room completely cleaned with a change of sheets etc but I had to visit the desk a second time to let her know no one came by. Finally, it was taken care of. The elevator jumped when it took off. I would not stay at this resort again.

Carpeted areas are very dirty. Poor maintenance overall. Attention to detail and breakfast used to be good, but now reduced to the bare minimum. We've been going there for 20 years but this was probably the last time.

This La Quinta Inn had room for improvement. The room needed some painting and perhaps a better cleaning job. We were not sure if the black on the walls in the bathroom was mold or just indicative of the update needed. The breakfast was nothing to brag about either. The day I was there (and it was only one night) the morning meal options were cereal, bagels and toast, pre-fab egg circles, and a waffle maker. No meat was available for me. I chose a waffle because, well, they are waffles. Same process as thousands of other self-serve breakfast hotel accommodations: you pour the batter into the maker and wait -- even the waffle tasted like it was missing something; or maybe the syrup. For one night using the facility as a place to rest after one evening in the area, it was fine. I don't know if I would return.

Dirty, dated, the panel in the elevator is not attached to the wall exposing wires, etc.. it also jerks fairly hard when starting. The hotel smells of mildew. In our room there was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, missing enamel in the tub, holes in the walls, and the AC unit did not work. Breakfast consisted of microwaved eggs, no meat choice or fresh fruit, plain bagels and cereal. The pool was not open. They did bring a working ac unit to our room upon request. Also their king sized bed was much smaller than our king at home. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else.

The rooms where in very bad condition. They only clean up the room every three days. The bathroom light/extractor was doing terrible noises. The property needs a maintenance. No very good cable TV very limited. No safe box on the room. I do not recommend this hotel

Hallways dark and dirty walls that have a scary feeling, when we entered to our room there was dirty sheets and towels on the floor, bathtub had black and grey stains. The room was supposed to be clean but the cleaning g lady forgot to take the dirty whites outside the room. The bathrooms on the lobby area smelled bad and again the walls looked so dirty everywhere. When my husband came out of the lobby bathroom he told me that smelled like urine. The building has so much potential if it was clean. The workers were very nice but they need to fired the cleaning g company they are using, they are not cleaning at all.
