Great value. Good stay.

It's a nice hotel close to Sawgrass Mall. My only gripe is that there is only one ice machine and it's downstairs on main floor. The soda machine was also bone dry and there are no convenience stores aside from a gas station up the road.

Not good

Pros: Clean rooms
Cons: Everything else - starting with the service level and the use of recycling.
Location: Good for Sawgrass Mills and the local business park
Stayed for a week for work and I shan't be repeating that experience with this chain. The place itself is convenient for an overnight if you're going to Sawgrass Mills or one of the local businesses, but the stay won't be a pleasant memory of the journey. There isn't a warm welcome nor any interest in how the stay is from the staff, during or upon check out. While the rooms are ok and clean, the breakfast is carbs and sugar only, all self service. The hotel doesn't appear to believe in climate change nor in the economics of recycling as everything is plastic and disposable. There is no room service, but there are a few eateries nearby - and Ikea next door if things get desperate!

Stranded in Florida

Our original date to depart was on Saturday but due to the hurricane in Houston we were stranded and additional seven days. We were originally staying in the Marriott but had to move to a less expensive hotel because we were stranded however the hotel was clean it was comfortable and had amazing staff. The staff were very helpful and understanding to our needs Jodi and Sergio were the greatest. We would definitely stay here again.

Close to Sawgrass Mills Mall and BB&T Center

Pros: Quite and safe.
Location: Sawgrass Mills Outlet Mall is great, also for dining. Quite and safe area.
We have been here several times. The young lady at front desk attended us with a genuine smile and warmth. We were attending our annual convention at BB&T Center which is only 5 minutes from here. The hotel which is 100% non-smoker (which is very important to us) gives us the comfort and rest we need.
