The room smelt like someone had just smoked inside. Requested to change the room right after that. Got another room with clogged sink and bumpy mattress... I checked out the very next morning but the hotel charged me more than one day of room charge (I originally booked for 4 nights total)!!! It took me 4 phone calls in a time span of 1 month with total more than 3 hours on the phone before they refunded me the overcharge amount! Absolutely unacceptable! Will never go back there even if I can get free nights!
