I only stays for one night but it was very good. Affordable hotel with good services. The staff were very polite.

Not worth the money

Modern and clean in the common shared areas. My room was given to another guest that was behind me in line at check in. The staff called the room and asked them their name to make corrections but there was no assurance my credit card deposit was not misused. I was assigned another room and the fitted bedsheets sheets had yellow stains. New sheets were brought to our room to put on ourselves. While it is understood that mistakes happen, there was lack of customer service. The hotel is under staffed (no lobby presence) and everyone seemed tired or over worked.

Bed bugs!

I would expect more coming from a hotel on Expedia. I would be ashamed to say that I ever stayed at this "resort" and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I'd rather sleep in my car at a rest area than lay my head on their sheets. I'm assuming it used to be a Holiday Inn that has since been rundown and re-opened too soon. Cockroaches, bed bugs, stained carpets, dirty walls, filthy showers... not to mention hardly an amenities and the mold growing on the filter in the vent. Gross. I suggest removing them as an option from Expedia, or else you could be on the receiving end of some horrible reviews.

It was OK. It served my purpose

Pros: The Staff was helpful.
Cons: Upgrades could help, its a bit dated.
Location: The Location was good. Many restaurants nearby.
This hotel was pleasant as expected. The Staff was friendly and it was located in a good area in West Ft. Lauderdale.

Great location.

Horrible experience this trip. Room was uncleaned. What they called a stained tub, floors filthy, rooms unpolished and dusty, no wash cloths.

Beautiful lobby sub-par rooms

The lobby and pool area are beautiful. The room smelled like smoke and no fridge in the room. Very busy hotel.

Decent hotel for the price

Overall nice hotel. Great pool area - carpet needs to be replaced in the room and hallways.

I did not like the way staff treated me, particularly upon check in and during the time I picked up packages I had shipped there from Amazon. I had to ask for a trolley and was directed to a malfunctioning trolley that i struggled with to my room and back...while other guests starred at me.

easy place to get to from the FLL. Large room!!

Pros: Liked everything except no coffee maker in the room. Starbucks in the lobby.
Location: Great location.
We'd go back again. Close to so many places like Sawgrass Mall!
