I would expect more coming from a hotel on Expedia.
I would be ashamed to say that I ever stayed at this "resort" and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I'd rather sleep in my car at a rest area than lay my head on their sheets.
I'm assuming it used to be a Holiday Inn that has since been rundown and re-opened too soon. Cockroaches, bed bugs, stained carpets, dirty walls, filthy showers... not to mention hardly an amenities and the mold growing on the filter in the vent. Gross.
I suggest removing them as an option from Expedia, or else you could be on the receiving end of some horrible reviews.
