Mediocre service

Pros: Mediocre and deplorable service.
Cons: Yes, running water in the shower.
Location: dangerous area.
Extremely low water pressure in the shower since day 1. I contacted the Receptionist area twice and no one showed up to even acknowledge the service issue. Finally, I decided to check out after not being able to shower in 2 days. I was extremely frustrated. I was still charged for the 2-night stay.

Decent facility seemed to be fairly newer. apparently the hotel is very close to bad area. Everything was clean but slightly strange. Nice pool and nice grounds and appeared safe.

Nice hotel enjoyed the pool

We enjoyed our trip. Really wished the hotel was closer to more tourist attractions.

Doctors Visit

Pros: The front desk staff was very helpful.
Cons: I would incorporate a frequent flier program. Also a complementary hot breakfast.
Location: The location was very nice and quiet. There are a few fast food locations that are within walking distance.
Having stayed at this hotel under another name I found that my expectations was to be met. The check in was very easy. The front desk staff was very cordial and helpful.

Very clean hotel!

Pros: Clean, and nice staff! Very close to my parents Condo. PERFECT place to stay while visiting family.
Was very pleased with this hotel although I wish I would have upgraded with a balcony.

No comp. breakfast, no transportation

Hotel shuttle never showed up for me at the mall i waited for over an hour and just finally took a $20 cab ride. Food was poor and expensive arrived at 10am and wasn't able to check in until 3pm if i wanted to i would of had to pay $25 for a room i already paid for!! Very poor quality. But nice staff.

Not what is Advertised

Went to this hotel, paid a "resort fee" which was ridiculous. Smelled like concrete and paint m, room was big but not well furnished, bed had a thin comforter and the AC sounded like it was breaking, carpets weren't cleaned. Bathroom had a few hairs on it. I called and checked out the next day. The staff however was excellent. Very sweet girls.

Nice hotel

All in a nice hotel. There was no fridge in the room which one would expect to have for the price. No complimentary breakfast.
