"La habitación y todas las instalaciones estaban en excelentes condiciones y muy limpias, todo el personal en general es muy amable. Destaco la atención especial de nuestro concierge Roberto, y en la alberca Pedro y Servando. Hay gran variedad de restaurantes para cenar aunque el buffet de desayuno es pequeño. Faltaría entretenimiento por las noches. La playa es hermosa y de las pocas donde sí te puedes meter a nadar. Definitivamente me volvería a hospedar ahí "

"El servicio es de lo mejor, todos muy atentos y muy amables, la limpieza impecable. La propiedad en sí no es muy grande por lo que no tiene muchas amenidades pero en general se pasa bien sobre todo en la alberca que tiene una buena vista al océano."

Bellman and concierge 5/5 -Check in process 2/5 (bad attitude, and kept my ID) did not care to look for me to return it during my staff, I had to go back and get it myself. Food taste and quality 3/5. Ran out of eggs every morning and waited for long time until refilled. --Mexican Restaurant is below average. Other restaurants "no need" for reservations but when you get there, you need to wait 30-40 min, what's the point? Ciao restaurant pretty descent and great service for all staff! Room service takes up to 50 min for 2 burgers and one pastry. End result, cold and tasteless food. Not recommended F&B staff 5/5 great staff and very attentive at all times. Kids Club staff 3/5, nice attitude but zero initiative, my daughter went twice and if there was no calendar activities schedule, they would not entertain her. Also very limited space with no space for running or playing. Pools 2/5, no service at Eden pool, you have to go to the bar to get drinks and ask them to take them to Eden pool. All pools are cold freezing, and not enough lounge chairs. Housekeeping 3/5. They knocked on my door at 8 am on check out date...why? The answer, sometimes people leaves earlier...they knocked the door like the police would if they had a warrant. VERY LOUD among them, talking and yelling at all times. Overall for me, this resort is a 3/5 stars. Stayed 3 days and 2 nights. Paid for partial ocean view and never saw the ocean from my room. CONSTRUCTION HAPPENING!"
