"I’ve traveled a great deal of the world, stayed in some of the fanciest hotels, and this cottage was better than anywhere I’ve stayed. It was absolutely perfect for a relaxing three day weekend that was made even better by monsoon storms that brought rain and amazing thunder. I will absolutely attempt to stay here again. "

"Thinking that staying in a trailer may not be as nice as staying at a condo, house or hotel? Remembering a childhood experience or movie with a rundown, cramped trailer? Think again! This trailer is awesome - from reclining chairs with warmers, vibration massage and LED runner lights to a fireplace under a big flat screen smart TV, to a fully stocked kitchen! It's luxury in a unique and fun package. It's the perfect place to stay for either two single people or up to two couples (King foldout bed and queen bed in bedroom). My friend and I went to Flagstaff for a weekend getaway from the heat in Phoenix. This place was just what we needed! It's a few miles outside of Flagstaff which allowed us to enjoy the outdoor scenery, stars, quiet and fresh air, while still being just a short drive from the heart of Flagstaff. It's parked on the hosts' property behind their house, but it still felt completely private. The hosts were as sweet and helpful as can be and we could tell they take great pride in keeping the trailer meticulously clean, filling it with little touches to make guests feel at home (i.e. trial sized toiletries and items, chips, fresh cookies, water and sodas, all the dishes/pots/pans you may need, a rack of seasonings and a personalized booklet with instructions and sights to see). I'm very weird about the cleanliness of places I stay when I travel and I couldn't find a speck of dust, a weird smell, a random hair or anything that indicated someone else had ever stayed there. Seriously - it's spotless. The property also has some fun little things to do photo ops with (or at least we used them for pics) like a horse from a merry-go-round. There's a nice propane fire pit with chairs right in front of the trailer, and a fenced in artificial turf yard in front of that with some cool yard/tailgate games, gas grill and places to sit. You can also spend time with their two sweet pups which was a bonus for me because I miss my dogs when I'm away from home. We will definitely check to see if this place is available for future trips to the Flagstaff area!"

"Everything was as advertised. Very nice accommodation. The host was very accommodating on the two times I needed to call him. The kitchen was very well equipped and the refrigerator even had a good mix of condiments and coffee grounds and creamer we’re also provided. One minor inconvenience I would mention, especially for families, neither of the two bedrooms have a closet nor a dresser so you do end up operating out of a suitcase. As a single traveler I just used the spare bedroom bed as a dresser. I would recommend this rental."

"Property was very clean and much appreciated. Being from the Midwest, we were surprised at the lack of outdoor yard, but that isn’t a knock against the property, it’s just not what we were used to. House is a convenient drive from GCNP and Sedona. Highly recommend. No complaints at all!"

"The house was amazing the area was beautiful my family and I enjoyed everything the house had to offer my varsity football boys had intentions of off road riding but couldn’t due to the fires, I am so glad that this house had everything to entertain them from the ping pong n pool table, corn hoe, dual basketball game and lots of room to play football. And for the younger ones they had a blast with all the games this house furnishes like the huge Jenna blocks the huge four in a row game, badminton and all the games they had my kids were well entertained as for the adults we had fun doing what all the kids were doing. The owner of this house went above and beyond to make this house a place there guest will experience a great stay. Beds are so comfortable couches were very comfortable, four bathrooms didn’t have to hear any screaming from the kids to hurry and get out. Im already planning another stay at this home in December.
