5/5 Excellent
"Loved the absence of carpet and luxury plank flooring. Friendly helpful staff and big rooms with a free sit down breakfast. Loved it. I will be back. "

"Hotel and staff were amazing. Casino players club staff, not as much. You would think that since we were first timers, they would have been a little nicer. They seemed put out that we needed new cards and one woman was rude and scolded me because I was in the wrong line. Overall our stay was really good."

"Very nice facility (going thru some updates). Elevator banks were slooow d/t the weekend crowd, convention, and soccer games: need to really add more, i.e., another bank, etc. No self-pay available but valet parking worked well but with an increased our price: need more self pay somehow (which I suspect would be hard in downtown St. Louis). Nice design of the hotel with a view of the arch from our room window. Better breakfast choices - way too much food. Excellent work by the Bellmen - very helpful, pleasant and quickly available."

"The amenities are incredible. Walking distance to a lot of places as well as convenient for uber/ shuttle. The employees were incredible and the room was clean.
The bathroom is very small and the pool was always full of kids but other than that we loved our stay! We will be coming back! "
