Pros: the wedding we went to and was in, staff were very helpful on the day and it was really nice and not stressful
Cons: the signage around indicating where rooms are, got lost many times
Location: loved the inflatable waterpark, lots of fun
very easy and a pleasant stay, the signage and layout of the resort is very tricky and we got lost a few times

I have asked for a refund, very disappointed. As a 4 star resort, I would have thought better service from such a prestigious and glamorous holiday retreat. Dirty Floor, loud function outside of our room. Lagoon view with no view as the function was set up outside our balcony. Loud music from function interrupted our relaxing and romantic stay. Will not be staying here again.

Gorgeous location

Pros: Great location, beautiful setting.
Cons: My room was a great size and comfy but the decor was a little tired. Think some of the rooms could do with a bit of a refresh.
Unfortunately I stayed just for 1 night but would love to come back. Great facilities for kids, good size room and gorgeous location.

Great Hotel

Pros: Large room with great amenities. Modern and clean
Cons: The hotel is spread out and difficult to find your room the first couple of times. Better signage would be a good help.
Location: Bit of a drive to town but not more than 15 minutes.Quiet park-like grounds complete resident kangaroos.
Didn't stay long enough to enjoy the whole complex. Great room with view of the lake.

Beautiful but a bit confusing

Pros: Beautiful place with excellent facilities, plenty to entertain the kids
Cons: We had a lot of trouble finding our room, even after asking multiple staff members. Needs better signage
Location: Walking distance to the beach
Beautiful hotel in a stunning location, but quite large and a bit confusing

over night stay

Pros: plenty to do and not far from local shops
Cons: the staff service I was not happy after already paying prior to arrival to be told 100 dollars would be taken from our credit card and then refunded
Location: Mudjimba beach, coles supermarket and other local shops
the rooms and facility needs a much needed up grade and make over....shower over then bath is not really a good idea especially for the elderly or anyone with balance problems getting and out.
