Pros: Not much
Cons: Place needs a renovation
Location: $20 dollar uber ride to Marochydore
Old Nowhere to sit in the room Only 1 keycard worked in the door Pool over crowded Had to queue for breakfast Need I go on.........

The room furniture is outdated and I found things to be quite dirty, eg marks on the chairs, moulding of the material on the lamps, etc. There were little ants in the kitchenette also. I’m sure the stay would’ve been a little more pleasant had the weather been better (as we wouldn’t have been stuck inside).

Disappointing stay

Pros: Good facilities but had bad weather and therefore nowhere under cover outside to sit and nothing to do in the rain. Too far from anywhere.
Cons: Everything. Rooms old and in need of renovation. More undercover areas. Hotel patrons should be catered for. Shuttle to Maroochydore and back

Our shower was barely hot and water only trickled out. TV kept cutting out. Wasn't able to dine in resort, birthday party in one bar so no tables, and the other restaurant booked out so had to take a $30 cab into Maroochydore with the kids to get something to eat. Substandard. Resort a long way out of town. Expected hotel residents to take preference. Wouldn't stay again.

Great place for kids

Aircon noisy & needed maintenance which made sleeping very difficult but otherwise good place to stay as we’d been here once before about 12 years ago Would be handy if the deli stayed open later

Hotel that needs rwpair

Unfortunately the amount of money you pay to stay here and rooms are not cleaned properly and doona covers full of stains and pull out beds stink! Not happy with our stay and buildings are falling apart!

Holiday with kids and family

The hotel facilities were alright except the pool was smaller then what I expected from the images via Expedia. Also it was too crowded and dirty. We enjoyed our experienc being near the beach and the aqua park. Especially for the slight older kids. The gym was abit run down but had all the basic equipment. Rooms - our shower was disappointing , lack pressure and weak. Toilets had a minor renovation which makes up for it. House cleaning for the rooms, coincidentally I saw our pillows being dumped on the carpet floor while changing the sheets. I figured the pillow cases were to be change for new ones but it didn’t seem like it. Next day , we had the same issue , after the house cleaning , sheets were change but the pillows still had previous stains we had night before but we weren’t to fuss about it , just disappointed. I guess partly we paid abit more premium through the Christmas holidays. I recommend for a normal getaway during off peak time , avoid school holidays.

Very good for kids

Pros: Activities
Cons: More staff required in the breakfast time, specially during the peak season.
Everything was good except a couple of comments: 1- There was around 20 min queues in the morning breakfast.. 2- Accor club invited us for a presentation to join the VIP club. As a reward of attending, a 150$ credit was promised and received. Yet the presentation was really boring, extremely long (1.5 hrs) and package wasn't really attractive. Would certainly recommend to compress the presentation to be within max 30 min, and to design a more attractive package..

So family friendly, great for kids of all ages

Lots of sun, gun, swimming & outdoor activities for the whole family. Landscape & gardens made it a pleasure walking to & from the room.
