Summary:  
Escape to Beachscape, your ultimate beachside retreat at Marcoola Beach Resort. This spacious 3-bed, 2-bath apartment features a private rooftop terrace with breathtaking ocean views. Just steps from the sand, enjoy direct beach access through a secure gate.  
  
Resort-style amenities include a heated lagoon pool, spa, gym, sauna, tennis & basketball court, plus BBQ areas and lush lawns to unwind. The perfect escape for relaxation and fun!  
  
The Space:  
This beautifully presented bright and airy beachfront apartment is the ideal escape for families and couples. The kids will love all of the resort ammenities on offer and you will have peace of mind knowing that they are in a safe environment.   
  
Marcoola is a hidden gem on the Sunshine Coast, boasting uncrowded beaches and coastal walks. Marcoola beach is patrolled by lifeguards from mid September to April.  
  
The apartment offers three comfortably furnished bedrooms. The master suite with a queen bed & its own ensuite and walk-in-robe. Whilst bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 two singles, the main bathroom services bedroom 2 & 3 with a bath tub and overhead shower. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans.   
  
Bright and spacious living & dining space that flows seamlessly onto the outdoor covered balcony, equipped with a BBQ and alfresco dining, perfect for those summer evenings.

The 800-metre climb to the summit is well worth the effort, rewarding hikers with breathtaking 360-degree views over the Sunshine Coast. If you're visiting on a Friday evening, don't miss the lively Marcoola markets, where you’ll find an array of delicious street food, live music, and a welcoming community vibe. On Saturday mornings, the local farmers market is the perfect spot to pick up fresh produce and artisanal goods.

Perfect apartment for the 5 of us. So clean and had everything we needed to stay for the week. The view was amazing. Having a private rooftop was the best. So close to the beach. Would stay there again in a heart beat.
