Parking Spaces too small.Unit dark and dingy.Needed lights on all all day.Ranchslider would not open even with key.toilet roll holder and door stops need fixing.Needs new vanity mirror.Vanity and kitchen units need to be replaced as they are falling apart. A terrible unit.Worst accommodation i have ever had in Australia.

The Noosa Lakes is a lovely resort. The pools are amazing!!The depth of two pools gentle slopes to around 5 ft and a large shallower pool is perfect for toddlers up. The temp of the water perfect and the area provides beautiful greenery and a bbq area with toilets. The units are lovely with balconies. Our unit had a strange smell from the drain and pillows in the cupboard weren't fresh linen, but otherwise we were very happy. Lovely Vietnamese restaurant on the corner of the resort. Not many grocery options if you dont have a car..Woolworths was a 10-15 minute walk. Super close to the Marina and ferry/bus services to Hasting st and the Tea Tree walk which is gorgeous.. Always entertainment at the Marina. Drinks were expensive. Heat was intense. But Noosa was beautiful for a quick stay lots of early night life (It does seem to shut early on a Saturday).

Had a pleasant two night stay here with my partner. Very walkable distance to the marina which has eateries and also the option to jump on the ferry to Hastings Street which I highly recommend! Unfortunately our shower was leaking, but it wasn't the end of the world. We also had very noisy neighbours stomping around above us, keeping us awake our last night and woke us up first thing the next morning. I think it might just be thin walls, so probably not much can be done!

We love Noosa Lakes Resort as a quiet retreat from the hustle of Noosa. We especially love the boat options across the road. Sunset cruising or a ferry to the Main Street. The staff are friendly & the new Vietnamese restaurant onsite is AMAZING!!!!

The property was very clean with 2 min walk to the marina and a bus stop into Noosaville and main beach right outside the place. The pool is also very nice and clean. There’s also a washer and dryer for use. And a wonderful balcony. There is noise from upstairs that is noticeable. All else, a very wonderful stay and happy we chose this place

The property is out of the hustle and bustle of central Noosa, but definitely walkable to restaurants, or you can get the bus. Property is a little tired, but it did not spoil our stay.

Dangers of Upstairs Units
Upstairs Unit have an extremely steep staircase. Not sure if this is a Code issue by narrow and very steep. The Transition from the hallway and living floor level into the Bathroom there is a dangerous step up about 2-3 cm. Very easy to stub and cut your toes..which had to be mitigated by rolling a bathroom towel and laying at this edge to avoid further injury.

Spacious and comfortable with great views from the verandah. We had a one bedroomed apartment in the centre of the complex overlooking the pool. Will definitely be back!

Disappointing.
Reasonable location but traffic noise started at 5am and continued until late, Saturday night worse. Could not sit on balcony due to noise, volume of TV needed to be louder due to traffic even at night. Parking an issue for studio units, only visitor parking and limited number available. this was not clear until we had booked. No toaster available due to fire risk but an iron & hair dryer were available, ??? aren't these also a fire risk. Who wants to iron on holidays but toast is clearly a breakfast option.

Good property to stay. Convenient. Was a bit cold and batteries were flat in remote for heat pump but we discovered there is no insulation as you could hear everything the guests upstairs were saying and doing. Overall though a nice stay.

It is within walking distance of the Ferry Terminal to Noosa; great for walks; family safe and very helpful and pleasant staff. We didn't have a cook top in our unit and shall opt for a kitchen with one in next time. Thank you we really enjoyed our stay.

Nice stay but too noisy to stay again
Overall the stay was good. Lovely view overlooking the lake and trees.The property is showing its age especially in the bathroom. The big negative issue we had was when 2 families arrived one evening and were staying upstairs. The noise level was unbelievable we could hear everything they were saying and it sounded like a team of footballers running around. We gave up trying to sleep. They finally went to bed at 2am, then we could. Obviously the insulation is totally inadequate and we would not stay there again because of it.

Property was nice overall. The deluxe lakeside studio is very basic. Kitchenette had a kettle, small fridge and microwave. No toaster which would have been helpful. The lakeside view is covered in shrubs, so not really a view. They offer a shared washing machine and dryer. You also need to find visitor parking spots throughout the resort if staying in studios. The lounge furniture/ sofa bed is looking quite dirty and of need of an upgrade. One of the 3 pools was slightly heated, the other 2 were very cold. The marina is across the road but otherwise it’s a good 10-15 minute drive to get to Hastings street etc.

Our studio rooms utilise our visitor car spaces that are located throughout the resort, and due to our fire code toasters and/or cooking facilities are not allowed in these ground floor rooms. Our 1 Bedroom apartments offer extra space and a full kitchen including a toaster.We hope to so see you in the future.

The pools were GREAT! and always clean. The location was handy to te wantin shops and the marina. Only thing that would have made it better, the bathrooms and kitchen are a bit aged and cold do with an upgrade, although very clean. Reception staff were excellent both times

The room needs updating, nothing like what’s displayed in the pictures. Cockroaches in room. Needs new carpet and a fresh paint. And a long mirror would be good. Around the property is beautiful.
