We found the facilities & location great for our needs. As we had grandchildren & family visit us, to celebrate our birthdays & having the playground, skate park, beach close by, as well as The Mirage’s wonderful swimming/ bbq facilities, gave us variety of options to keep us all happy. We booked a lovely 3 bedroom for ourselves, my parents & sister. We had two cars over 2 of our 3 night stay & would have be great to have the second car remain in the visitors car park instead of moving it twice. We noticed was shower pressure in ensuite & main bathroom wasn’t the best. Taking some time for the hot water to arrive & spending longer time washing shampoo from hair. The unit was very comfortable & we enjoyed staying there.

Enjoyed the quiet location but still so close to the beach. Facilities for kids are great. Spacious apartments with lovely views. Furniture and decor is just a bit tired, however expected that when booking so it wasn’t a surprise and I felt the price reflected that.

Love the location, quiet but close to beach and shops etc. Views of ocean and park with lake. Easy walk to Mooloolaba for shopping or eating. Lovely patisserie nearby for indulgent morning tea. Friendly welcome, unit well equipped and comfortable. Only suggestions are for another lamp in lounge and bigger hairdryer. Looking forward to our next stay.

Visually appealing and well maintained complex, great setting, organised visitor's carpark. Beach ,walk and bike track, park, bowling alley, shops and cafes within walking distance. The only negative was the humming noise at night. Probably would only bother noise sensitive people.

Week of cloudy weather on the Sunshine coast :)
This was a nice and affordable place to stay, one street over from the beach. Really enjoy staying in apartments and this one was comfortable with nice kitchen, outdoor seating, comfortable bed and plenty of space. Parking was good and overall facility was very good. Would stay again

We loved that the property was only a block from the beach so easy walking distance. Being just a little off the Esplanade meant you could avoid all the traffic noise. Great kids playground and coffee shop right at your doorstep.

We had a group of old friends travelling for a golf weekend. The property was excellent for the price we paid. We had 2 really big 3 bedroom units with ocean views. A walk to Alexandra Headland Surf Club and beach. A number of cafes and restaurants within walking distance nearby. One hiccup we had confirmed a number of times before arrival we would get 1 Queen Bed and 2 singles in each of the bedroom. We were originally moved to separate floors to accommodate this. When we arrived this had been changed the day before. We had one person who had dropped out so it was ok for us but could have been annoying. We were offered a roll away bed which would have helped but was not what we booked.

Stay was ok the only thing was the couch had a smell to it and had stains all over it. Pool area was great. They had strict rules on how many guests in the room and no parties because of residents

Pleasant stay. Good amenities. Car parks are very tight - we had a lot of difficulty getting our car into our allotted park. Our room had a few cleaning and maintenance issues, but nothing overly significant. Minor issues like no face washers and not enough towels supplied (4 when we booked for 5). Pool was heated and the kids loved it. Advertised ‘ocean view’ is really a partial view between buildings.

The fact that we had a private garage was nice. Only issue was during our second day someon parked in front of our garage door while we were out, and stayed there for a few hours. We just parked in visitors parking aince we were going out later, but not really great practice since it was an obvious garage door.

It was a nice place with good facilities but there isnt really ocean views and everything was broken. I booked this hotel as it had a sauna but it was broken and not working, the in room aircon/heater was broken, the in room tv was broken. I had to pay $5 for pool towels and one had mould on it. We addressed some issues with staff but were just told sorry nothing we can do.

With regards to the issues that you noted, we fixed the TV when you told us about this, we tried our best to fix the air conditioner and we got an electrician out straight away to have a look at the sauna and were told we need to order in a part to resolve this. This property was perfect. It was exceptionally clean which we needed during covid19. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our apartment was spacious, and had everything we needed. The pools were amazing. Nice and warm and beautifully landscaped. The bbq area was clean and well kept. We loved this place.

Unfortunately, our room had a bad smell to it. Every time we walked into the unit, a strong odour would present itself. Also the hiring of pool towels seemed excessive.

The outside amenities was excellent, however the room was very smelly had to buy airfresheners to make it liveable. The whole apartment had little bugs and spiders. The staff was very freindly and nice.

The property was really well located, close to everything. The facilities available to use such as the bbq areas and the pool were lovely and clean. The unit we had, had a very well stocked kitchen, everything had been thought of. The only thing that wasn’t great was the cleanliness of our unit, it was very dirty and smelt really bad so the cleaners need to show a bit more attention to detail here. The resort assured me that other units were fine and that had we booked directly rather than via Wotif h
