The property is not for kids. Management has a lot to be desired. The property had numerous kids staying there & all playing respectfully as kids do until management decided to step in and complain about the 10 kids making noise in the pool during the day. No bad language… no fighting … just kids enjoying the summer. Extremely disrespectful of management to do what they did. Oh but it was ok for adults to make noise drinking on the balcony at night ..

Thank you, John for taking the time to write your review. We appreciate all reviews. As you will appreciate children need to be supervised around the pool at all times. On this occasion, yes there were 10 boys in the pool, and they seemed to be unsupervised. Hence the request from the management for them to quieten down. Other guests in the Resort chose not to swim / attend the pool area on that day, while those boys were in the pool .. We did receive a few complaints regarding the noise generated by the boys. The pool is for all guests to enjoy. Thank you. Verano Resort

Hot but good location
We did not have working air conditioning for 3 days until they finally moved us after complaining so much. Very hard to sleep as fan was not great either! Not acceptable for 4 and 1/2 star.

What a beautiful resort to stay ! Staff were amazing (Jenny) our check in was at 2pm The staff were considering in regards to leaving our bags and communication was great Property was nice and clean Highly recommend

The unit we stayed in was recently renovated with an almost new bathroom and ensuite. The two bed apartment was large and perfect for our family of four. The kitchen had all of the expected amenities that one could expect. Parking was secure and there were plenty of amenities nearby, such as cafes, restaurants and supermarket. A very enjoyable stay. Would stay there again

Lovely resort. Great pool. A short drive into Noosa and the shopping precincts. Floors in kitchen and bathrooms weren't clean prior to arrival though (sticky on the kitchen floor and hair on bathroom floor).

The property size, location and amneties itself were good. The place is fully equipped and very spacious. However the place felt like it was not used for a while and was not cleaned very well. It needed more air and the cushions on the beds and sofa needed a good wash. Overall the place needs some maintenance and an upgrade. Other than that the stay was ok.

Jeff & Sue the property managers are so lovely and great to deal with. They will do what ever they can to assist. The location is great, 1 minute from the river which is a great place away from the huzzle & $$ prices of Hastings Street. Looking forward to my next visit to Verano.

The location is excellent, it is very near to Noosa River and all amazing restaurants and other amenities. The apartment is spacious and it has complete facilities. Some apartments are not facing the pool, so limited view. It was very easy to check-in and out (we did a late check-in). It was a pleasant stay. Thanks.

Verano was really beautiful. The apartment was big, clean, and the property manager (Geoff), was very friendly, welcoming, accommodating, and professional. Would definitely recommend :)

Great place for a winter break
The two bedroom apartments were large and comfortable, there is a fantastic heated pool for the kid and a hot spa for the adults. Lots of restaurants nearby as well, within walking distance.

A great place to stay.
We were very pleased we stayed in Noosaville and Verano was perfect for us, as it was not too noisy, being Feb which apparently is a quiet time in Noosa. Noosa itself was very busy indeed. The apartment was really great. Thank you.

They’ve got everything you need. We stayed one week with two kids. There are plenty space for us in the room. Full sets cooking tools in the kitchen. Pool is nice and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful.
