“Im not sure what you are paying for . . . You are on the same street as other 3-4 star hotels. There was nothing that stood out about this hotel. The staff was okay. The room was unique. One irritating thing, there were no clear signs for pricing on the fridge or near the snacks. And I assumed for $500+ a night in knoxville, a bag of chips and a coke would be complimentary. I thought that was part of what you were paying for. Again. Nice hotel. Staff fine. Bed was weird though. And ill also……

The water pressure in our room was VERY POOR. We had an issue with our commode flushing properly. The maintenance engineer came quickly; however, he changed the handle, and the commode could no longer be flushed with the lid on---that was bizarre. We were to have housekeeping daily; we did not. “I booked a room at Hawthorne Extended Stay in Knoxville, Tennessee, but it turned out I was actually booked at La Quinta Inn. That was a bit of a surprise and honestly pretty frustrating, especially since I noticed that Expedia had different prices for each hotel, which felt misleading. I would say that the picture in the Expedia is deceiving. La Quinta hotel looked renovated in the outside and the lobby looked nice, but the area around it wasn’t great.
